So this is an idea I scrapped quite a while back and almost forgot about until stormcause reminded me of it
If it were to be used in S1, Herobrine would be blind and the only way he could actually see would be to let his eyes glow. Otherwise, his eyes were either white with no glow or silver. And he would get around through vibrations in the ground (like echolocation) and sounds around him. Cause he can hear really well hehe.
If in S2 (which is when I really wanted to add it but oh well), Ash would be blind (dunno if from birth or gradually lost eyesight until it was gone). Eyes were silver. When he wanted to see for a second, his eyes would flash white and go back to normal. Could get around through a way similar to echolocation and could pinpoint a person's location by their movements.
Why did I not use these? Well, it's quite simple.
I give these characters enough crap as it is, they need a break.
And also Ash would get captured much quicker than I wanted.
