I was knocked completely senseless by the time my journey had come to an end. By the way I could feel it, the man had been driving in a hurry; and no wonder, technically this was kidnap. The only thing that settled me, was knowing that now the only thing I knew for sure was that as long as I knew where the man was, Kellin would be safe.
I was so tired. My eyes stung and every limb in my body burned. All I could think of was when would this end? What would be the end for me? Right now, the outlook seemed bleak. I finally managed to get as comfortable as I could with my hands cuffed behind my back. I tried to sleep while I could, but my thoughts were too loud.
Light pierced my eyes as the door of the boot was lifted open. It was clearly daytime now. The sky was as blue as a morpho butterfly's wings. I don't know why, but for me, everything was going in slow motion as I reflected on my life. The man probably thought I was completely out of it, the way he looked at me, like I was withering, as flowers do. He handled me with considerable care as I could barely find my own feet. I felt myself slipping away as I admired the nirvana above me. I could no longer struggle, nor call for help. I don't know how I could ever be found when I myself had no idea where I was. I don't know why I felt so feeble. It was taking over me; so much so that from then on, I cannot recall what happened to me.
