I searched up Pinware, Newfoundland and Labrador and sure enough, a town showed up. Looking at the recommended information about the town, it showed the population which was very tiny. This must've been it.
I found myself immediately calling Dinah, excited to share the information. However, the moment I dialed her number and hit call, it stopped and hung up. I sighed and tried again but the same thing happened.
Next, I sent her a text, hoping she was just busy with her family and wasn't avoiding me.
Me: Hey Dinah. I have news to share. Call me back when you can
I logged off of my computer and went to my bed, sitting down to think. The person wanted me to go to Canada. This was getting weirder and weirder by every moment.
They could be some kidnapper just looking to catch a girl. I didn't know who this person was and that scared me. It wasn't safe to follow a trail like this but I did have the dream. The girl had came to see me.
This was just some wild chase that would probably end up with me dead. I knew it was wrong so I made the overall decision that I would not follow this trail.

The rest of the day was spent with cleaning and cooking for my family before it was finally time for bed. After taking a shower, I was settled and went to bed, getting beneath the covers.
I closed my eyes, trying to clear my mind so I could fall asleep but after a few minutes, I heard knocking on the window. Immediately, I sat up and was shocked to see Dinah there.
But how was she there? I didn't have a balcony on that window. There was no way she would be able to be standing there. I was quick to stand up, not caring that I was in my undergarments as I ran to the window and opened it.
It was then I realized how she had gotten up there. She had wings.
She fell into my room, blood dripping from her body as she groaned. My eyes were wide as I looked down at her large white wings that were stained with the dark red liquid. "Oh my god Dinah," I gasped, still in shock as her left wing twitched a little, seeming like it was trying to contract but gave up.
"W-water," Dinah spoke hoarsely, turning over onto her back which caused her to moan in pain.
I ran to the bathroom and filled a cup before coming back, getting down onto my knees. I helped her drink a little, watching as blood trickled down her face from cuts.
"D-don't follow the t-trail. Go to the w-werewolves. You have to," she told me, grasping my hand tightly. "You have-" Her words were cut off by a scream as a person leapt through the window.
"No! Don't!" I yelled, praying that my family would wake up and be here any minute. The person turned and looked at me, a dark aura surrounding her. She reminded me of the girl in my dream but I got the feeling she was much more powerful.
She had dark brown hair and brown eyes that sent fear into me, even more so when she bared fangs at me. I watched, paralyzed in fear as she lifted Dinah up and threw her out the window. She then turned towards me and I started to back away, hearing my dad's voice.
"Normani? Are you okay?! Normani?! Unlock this door!!" He yelled as the door knob jiggled and I looked at it before looking back to the girl. She smiled and suddenly, everything went dark.
When I woke up, I had no sense of time but I was sure of one thing. The green eyes staring at me belonged to the girl that had been following me.
They were dark and pretty, but that didn't calm me one bit. They were terrifying to say the least. They made me feel a fear I had never experienced before.
"Hello Normani," the voice spoke as the raspy tone sent shivers down my spine. I leaned forward, trying to see her face but I couldn't in the dark. Her eyes were glowing for some reason and were the only thing I could see.
The cold chains around my wrists burnt against my warm skin as I wished they were off. "W-who are you?" I questioned nervously.
"Oh baby, you'll know soon enough. Do you want your chains off?" She asked gently but I knew better than to trust such a caring voice. I didn't trust her. I was kidnapped and to be honest, I wasn't sure how long it would take before I screamed for help.
"Who are you?"
"I told you that you'll know soon enough. Now, do you want your chains off?"
"Where am I?"
"Darling, you're home."
"This isn't my home."
"Tsk, tsk. You'll learn to love it," she said and stood up, turning her back to me. "Camila, make sure she's fed tonight and under no circumstances do you tell her anything," the girl ordered and I looked around, surprised to see a girl behind me. One look at her immediately warned me that she was the girl in my room. She was the one who had taken me.
"Hey! You! What am I doing here?! Where's Dinah?!" I yelled and the green eyed girl chuckled deeply.
"Dinah? Oh. I'm on my way to see her. She did some very bad things. I'm lucky that Camila here was able to catch her but you'll know about that soon enough," the stranger spoke and I tried to stop the thoughts of what had happened to Dinah.
"No. Please let me go. Let Dinah go!"
"No can do sweetheart. I'll be back soon. Until then, have a good night, and also, if you make a sound, Camila here will shut you up. You don't want to know how."
She left and I knew that once I heard a door shut. I could hear Camila moving behind me and I looked behind me again, trying to find where she was.
"Please tell me where she is? She hasn't done anything!"
"Shut up puppy. I don't have time for this."
I heard the door open and close again, leaving me alone in the cold, dark room. "Hello?" I called out, not wanting to be alone in here. "Anybody?"
I just wanted to know where I was and why I had been taken. Why did this have to happen to me?
