Change your patterns.

How do you get to the point of believing that you are worthy? First and foremost you augment your internal self image by upgrading your knowledge and your skills and your beliefs about yourself. You need to install those beliefs that you have everything that it takes to achieve your goals and dreams. You need to create a new pattern that replaces your feeling that you are not good enough, smart enough, pretty enough, etc. basically that you are not enough.

How do you change? You have to create a new pattern instead of reinforcing the same old patterns.  If you keep doing the same thing over and over you will keep getting the same results.  Your subconscious mind (think of an iceberg on water — conscious mind is the little visible bit above, subconscious thoughts are the majority down below) controls most of how you feel about yourself. So you need to feed your subconscious mind. You do that by developing new patterns.

If you want to be better, you have to DO something. Doing nothing achieves nothing.

Plant the seeds and nature them! — They may still be under ground and growing hidden to you before they break thru the surface and are visible in your life — but don't give up!  An oak tree is strong from steady slow progress - rings that are put on, slowly, steadily over time make it a great tree!
