"I want to go with you guys on your next hunt!"

"(Y/N), no," Sam let out again, exhausted. "It's too dangerous."

"Sammy, I don't necessarily have to leave the hotel," I countered. "I just hate being left here alone. 'Ay me. Sad hours seem long,'" I pouted.

Sam rolled his eyes at my reference and turned away from me to finish refilling the coffee maker. He was trying to get all the chores done before he and Dean had to leave again. He hated that I was left with all the housework most of the time.

"See, Sammy," Dean smirked. "This is what happens when you hunt with a smart-ass."

"You know you love it," I teased, sticking my tongue out at him. "Anyway, I could help with any research in person rather than over the phone. Nothing should get lost in translation."

"I say give it a go, Sammy. She'd be a great help," Dean offered, raising an eyebrow.

"Fine," Sam sighed. I fist pumped. "But, (Y/N), if something happens, I swear to god–"

"I know, I know. You'll never let me leave the bunker again. But I got this! What could go wrong?"

"Coffee?" I asked Dean excitedly. Today we were going to leave for the first hunt I was allowed to join them on.

"(Y/N), when do I not want coffee?"

"I'll take that as a yes," I chuckled, pouring him a mug. He mumbled a thanks and went back to looking through his nudie mag.

"Dean-o, do you have to do that at the table?" I inquired disgustedly. He just shrugged and went back to 'Busty Asian Beauties'.

That's when Sam decided to make an appearance. He clomped down the stairs making a lot of noise (because ya know, moose.)

"Coffee?" I asked, tilting the pot in his direction.

"Yes please," he groaned. Sammy hadn't been sleeping well and I was starting to really get the feel for the effect it was having on him.

"You alright, Sammy?" I asked. He shrugged and mumbled about just needing his coffee, so I poured him a mug. Dean is easy. He likes his coffee black. Sam likes all these creams and sugars in his coffee, which honestly made it not even coffee anymore. It was now some sugary concoction that I couldn't stand.

"Here's you sugar water, hummingbird," I sighed handing him his drink. He gave me a look and rolled his eyes. Dean just chuckled at us. I poured myself a mug and sat down at the table with my boys.

"I'm so excited to go on the hunt with you guys!"

They grumbled in unison. Hunts weren't exactly exciting for them. At this point it was just work. Painful, death-inducing work. After we finished 'breakfast', we hopped in the impala and headed out into the early morning.

"(Y/N), do you understand the plan?" Sam asked expectantly. I hadn't been paying attention, but I nodded absentmindedly and went along with whatever he continued with.

"Now as long as you stick with this plan, you'll be safe. Got it?"

I nodded again, pretending I had heard him and we headed into the old farmland. A demon had been breeding hellhounds in these parts and we needed to catch and kill as many as possible. We also needed to kill this demon.

I heard growling from far away and I followed the sound. They couldn't be too far.

"HOW THE FUCK DID YOU GET FOURTEEN HELLHOUNDS ON YOUR TRAIL!?"

"How the hell should I know!?" I painted running beside him, fleeing the motel. "I heard barking and I couldn't see them and I ran!"

We came to a dead end on the street and broke into the woods, splitting up. Sammy went left, and I went right. So of course all of the hellhounds continued to follow me through these woods that would ultimately lead in the dead end of a cliff over the ocean. So I ran until I got there.

"Good d-doggie," I stuttered out, backing to the cliff as far as I could before being on the very edge. "Sammy!" I called.

I heard a bark come from the middle of the invisible crowd and then they all started barking and running at me. Death was certain. My life flashed before my eyes. Damn, I lived a boring life.

"Now now girls," Crowley teased. He whistled and all of them stood at attention. "Your demon has been taken care of, my dear. He went rogue and had to be dealt with. Hope you don't mind me saving your arse."

"Thanks," I muttered. He snapped out of there with his mutts.

"(Y/N)," Sammy called from a little ways away.

"I'm right here, Sammy," I called back. I waited for him by the cliff.

"You are never going on another hunt in your life–"

"Agreed," I interject. He continued.

"What the hell were you thinking?! Why didn't you stick to the plan? Do you not listen to a word I say? I was so worried. I couldn't imagine losing you. You're too damn important to me, (Y/N)."

I looked up at him feeling very sorry. I didn't mean to make him worry. God, I'm such an idiot. This is why they don't let me go on hunts. I always screw everything up.

"Sammy, I–"

He cut me off with a kiss. I widened my eyes in shock at first before pressing more into the kiss and letting my eyes flutter shut. Our lips moved together perfectly. His were so soft. He pulled back a bit to gauge my reaction. Seeing my bliss, he pressed onward, attaching his lips to my neck and moving his hands everywhere on my body. My hands tangled in his hair as he found my sweet spot, making me moan.

"Hey, I can't find the demon– oh," Dean cut short seeing us. We broke apart and I blushed. Sam just smirked at his brother. Dean smirked and nodded at his brother in approval before turning back toward the woods. "I'll be waiting in the car, lover boy. Take your time."

Dean chuckled as he walked back to his Baby. I was mortified that Dean had caught us. I was very shy and private when it came to anything romantic. I had been hurt too many times in that field to be able to show PDA without some anxiety. I had been taken advantage of that way too many times.

"Hey, look at me," Sam cooed. He put a finger under my chin and tilted my head up to look at him. He wrapped his arms around me and squeezed, holding me in a bear-hug.

"Sam! AIR," I struggled out.

"Oh, sorry," he said sympathetically. He kissed my nose and held me to him. "(Y/N), you had me so worried. I need you in my life. I love you."

"I love you, too, Sammy," I let out excitedly. He chuckled at my energy about this.

"You're so cute, you know that?" He smiled. We made our way back to the impala hand in hand.
