61: I'll stare at where I like

It was already dark when they returned home. Wu's Mom stretched out her head from the kitchen, said smilingly to Chi, 'Dinner is almost ready, eat before you go!'

The kitchen was really simple and crude, there were a stool with the paint peeled off, an old wooden cupboard, and a huge pot. Initially, there was gas and electrical stoves, but Wu's Mom said that her memory is getting bad, so in the case of any fire, she ordered to get rid of the stoves. You could only use fire burnt from wood when cooking with the pot, so there were piles of sticks and tree branches lying on the kitchen floor, there were flies hovering over the kitchen top.

Chi has scanned through the crooks and cranny of the entire kitchen.

Wu couldn't help but wonder, how would Chi reject his mom's offer.

But Chi agreed to it without hesitation.

Wu was suddenly reminded about the first time Yue Yue came over to his house last year around this time, the kitchen was really clean that time. There weren't any oil spills on the kitchen top, there weren't any leftovers from the night before in the wooden cupboard, there weren't any sticks lying on the floor... But Yue Yue didn't stay for dinner, she didn't even enter the house, they just said goodbye at the street ahead.

'Need my help?' Chi asked Wu's Mom.

She waved her hands, 'There's no need, you two just wait in the living room.'

He went to the living room, Chi came across the photo frame hanging on the wall. It was a very old version of photo frames, one could keep a lot of photos inside it, most it was black and white. Chi looked around and he saw a photo of a baby at the bottom left corner, that was when Wu turned a hundred days old, his eyes were as black and clear as now.

'Your balls were that big since you're three months old?'

Wu almost spurted the water in his mouth.

'Can you look at other things?'

Chi replied honestly, 'I'll stare at where I like.'

Wu took a bite out of a pear.

Chi looked around, saw another photo of Wu when he was 2 years old. He was pushing a cart, wearing a creeper exposing his perky butt, his body was so meaty looking, a lot of people must've pinched his butt.

Chi grinned, 'I realized you look great in creepers.'

  After watching so many videos, is it possible that Wu can't get what Chi meant? As he was cursing Chi in his mind, Chi's hands reached to his butt again. Wu couldn't imagine, after 20 years, his butt is being pinched because of his meaty butt.

During dinner, Wu's Mom kept feeding Chi with the dishes.

'Are you okay with the dishes? I didn't have anything better to serve you.'

Chi spoke the human language for the first time, 'It's great.'

Wu sat at the side, looking at Chi eating everything in his bowl. He couldn't help but think, actually, he's quite good sometimes.

'Why don't you eat some meat?' Chi asked her.

Wu's Mom laughed helplessly, 'I have diabetes, I can't eat much meat.'

Chi nodded but didn't say much.

After the meal, Wu was helping to wash the dishes, his mom said to him, 'Your colleague is quite a nice guy, he brings practical items. I don't really like those tonics, hampers, those are so expensive and useless.'

Wu looked at the things he brought: olive oil, sesame oil, eggs, fruits, meat, shrimps... Wu's Mom wouldn't even buy these normally, she wouldn't eat those too, now there were four bags full of those which could feed her for the next four months.

If those were from someone else, Wu wouldn't care much; but it was from Chi, that pervert, and emotionless bastard. It was a cultural shock to Wu, it felt worse than when Chi was picking on him.

'Son!' Wu's Mom suddenly said, 'Don't hang out too much with him too.'

Wu was surprised, 'Why? I thought you really like him?'

'Exactly,' She moved nearer to Wu and whispered to him, 'You think, if you go out with him, who will like you anymore?'
