An unexpected Encounter

"All ready." Himejima-san spoke with a smile. I saw Gremory moved to stand on the magic circle at the front, as if to check if everybody is here right now.

"Let's get going then." With that the magic circle lit up in a red light and everything vanished, for now.

I opened my eyes after the teleportation circle had finished glowing, seeing that we're in the middle of an unfamiliar forest. Seriously, what is it with Devils and locations that look like they could've come straight out of a horror flick? Large, dark trees decorated the landscape for as long as the eye could see and the sky was a dark-red color, like blood.

Huh?

I blinked before looking around the area... I can feel that someone is staring at me right now and yet I can't pinpoint the location of the being that's stalking me like a predator looking at its next prey.

'Must've been my imagination.' is what I would have told myself if it weren't for the [Vongola Hyper Intuition] giving out warning signals right now, and telling me that's not an actual danger as well... It very confusing.

Make a contract with Leone

Reward: 280 EXP, gain Leone as a familiar and +Partner relationship with Leone

I blinked in confusion at the [Optional Objective:]... Why the hell is Leone of [Akame Ga Kill] doing in this world and how did she got here at all-Wait! Is she the presence that's stalking me right now? Since she was able to locate a Danger Beast from a far away distance while in her [Teigu] form, from what I remember.

"Get daze!" A voice suddenly shouted, bringing me back to the Familiar Forest.

"Kyaa!" Hyōdō let out a girlish scream, making me blink at the cute sound.

The weirdo who appeared to us was some older guy who wore clothes that are several sizes too small and a hat turned sideways "My name is Satooji of Madara Town! I'm a Devil in training, aiming to become the Familiar Master!"

...What a Satoshi ripoff. I got the feeling that there's going to be some more Pokémon references here.

Gremory gestured to me and Hyōdō "Satooji-san, I brought the ones I spoke of."

"Hee. A nice-eyes boy and a perverted beauty huh?" I raised an eyebrow when I heard the 'nice-eyes boy' comment, not sure to decide if I should take it as a compliment or be creeped out "OK! Leave it to me! If it's me any Familiar immediately would be 'get daze'!"

"Kōjiro-kun. Ichigo. He is a professional in terms of familiars." Gremory said while looking at me and Hyōdō "Today we will catch familiars in this forest while receiving advice from him. Okay?"

"Yes." Hyōdō said while I reluctantly nodded.

"Now, what type of familiar do you desire? Strong one? Fast one? Or one with poison? There are so many different types of familiars to capture."
