They are exactly the same thing when you download it, when you download one of them you will see that it has either 3 or 4 of these kinds:

If you save it, when you layer it over a picture you will see that it is kinda see through. If it isn't, then it most likely wouldn't work.

HERE ARE THE STEPS ON HOW TO APPLY A PAD/PICSART COLORING:

(I cannot give out screenshots, my phone is a Microsoft Windows phone, therefore not the same as android/apple phones.)

+ Open the image that you would like to put a coloring on. Then go to "Draw."

+  There will automatically be a separate layer from your image. On that separate layer, open up one of the colorings

+ Layer it on top of the image.

+  Click the layer button, and then change the blend mode from "normal" to "overlay" or "soft light"

+ You should get the effect of the coloring. Play around with the opacity and other features if you want.
