Chapter 26: Flashback

"Hey Mrs. Eucliffe" a certain blonde man called as he hugged the girl from behind
"Oh, Hi Sting" The girl replied while kissing the man's cheeks.

Lucy prepared dinner while Sting eagerly waited for it.

"Is that finished? I'm hungry!" Sting whined like a child
Lucy chuckled. "Almost" she replied
Sting continued to whine.

After a few minutes, their dinner is finally done.
"Finished" Lucy prepared the plates and utensils needed.
Sting's eyes glistened. "Yayyy. I am really hungry"
"Oh come on, you just had a snack a while ago" Lucy spanked his head
"That was not enough" Sting pouted
Lucy laughed as they started eating.

"How was work?" Lucy asked Sting
"Great. We gained investors" Sting replied while munching his food.
"That's good news" Lucy smiled
"How bout yours, babe?" Sting asked
"Photo shoot went great" Lucy replied
"Well, what else would I expect from my wife"
"Shut up. Haha"

They continued eating peacefully until Sting spoke.
"I think we should go see Astraea soon" The man said
"Yeah. That's what I planned too. I was thinking of surprising her" Lucy replied while smiling.
"Our daughter's grown up, huh?" Sting chuckled
"Yeah. A beauty too" Lucy chuckled
"And a fighter" Sting smirked
"I can't argue to that" Lucy laughed

"You think it's about time to tell her?" Sting asked seriously
"I think now's not the right time" Lucy said
"I still remember that moment as broad as day light" Sting said
"Who would forget that?" Lucy frowned.

Flashback:
"GRAY, ROGUE, NATSU"  I shouted
" LUCY, STINGGGG"  That was the last thing I heard before darkness surrounded me.

"AHHHHH, HELP ME, EVERYONE". I shouted at the top of my lungs but no one heard me
I kept shouting and shouting until I lost consciousness.

"Lucy, Lucy wake up" Someone kept calling my name
"Urgh. My head hurts"  I woke up while rubbing my head
"Lucy,are you okay?" I looked to the person calling my name
"S-sting?where are the others?"  I asked while looking around
"Lucy, they're not here. This is not our world"  Sting worriedly explained
"What do you m-mean?" I asked still confused.

Sting stood up.
"White Dragon's Roar"  He said
I waited for a second and my eyes widened.
She got her keys.
"I open thee, gate of the Lion: Leo! " I chanted but to my dismay no Leo appeared.

"W-what i-is happening?" I said clearly shocked
"Magic does not exist in this world, Lucy" Sting explained
"W-what! N-no!" I protested
"L-lucy" Sting got closer to me
"This can't be, there must be a way. There has to be a way!" I clenched my fists
"Lucy!" Sting hugged me
And for a moment I relaxed and started to cry.
"Don't worry we'll find a way" Sting hugged Lucy tighter.
"What about everyone?" I  cried
"We'll find them but for now we need to known more about this world" Sting said
"I didn't think, what that lady said would be true" I continued crying

After that, we went to town and searched. We were lost, we were not familiar of that world.
Until we came across an old lady.

"Uhmm. Excuse me" I said politely
"Yes, young lady?" The lady smiled
"Can I ask where is the library?"  I smiled
"Yes. Just go straight down that road and then turn right" the lady replied
"Thank you ma'am" I bowed
"You're welcome" the old lady replied before going away.

We followed the direction the old lady said and fortunately we found it.

"Sting, we're here" I smiled
"Yeah" Sting smiled back.
So we went inside and searched.
Unfortunately, we found nothing.

"These books don't have magic in them" Sting scratched his head
"This is useless" I sighed in exhaustion
But we did learn a thing or two.
Like our world ,you also need to work in order to have money.
So that's the first thing we did, we searched for a job.

I started as a waitress on a restaurant at first. But then while I was currently serving dishes, a talent scout spotted me and offered me to be a model. I agreed, that's my forte.

A lot of people liked me that's why after just a few months I got famous. Earned a lot of money. And a lot of men were courting me, but I rejected them kindly and gently.

Sting, on the other hand, got accepted in a company at first he was just a regular office worker but due to his determination he got promoted to C.E.O. I must say, a lot of girls admired him. Can't deny the fact that he's handsome. Hahaha

(Sting: Of course I am *smirks*)
(Lucy: Ohhh shut up)
(Sting: But don't worry babe. You're the one I love *winks*)
(Lucy: *rolls eyes*)

Sting and I live on the same apartment. He continued courting me for a few months and we would go to dates when there's no work.
Day by day we were always together, each moment that we see each other, I started falling for him. So I said yes. We officially became a couple. The news spread very fast and we were always on the news and headlines of  newspapers.

After 2 years, we got married. We built our own house , And then after a few months of being together, a miracle had been blessed upon us, a beautiful miracle. That's when we had the most precious gift ever. Our daughter, Astraea. I was the one who named her that. We love her very much

We started a business and now it's one of the most prestigious company all over the world. We have hundreds of  companies world wide. But still we continued to work.

Astraea grew up to be beautiful,but a fighter. When she was old enough she said she wanted to try and live on her own. I knew this day would happen.We didn't agree at first but later on we did. Sting and I went to states and every year we would visit her ,sometimes we would surprise her and would spend time together.

But we still didn't tell her about the things that happened from the past and who exactly we are. I'm just waiting for the right time.

But exactly, when is the right time?

"Yeah. We couldn't ever forget that" Sting said
"We continued searching but we can't find them" Lucy sighed
"I'm starting to lose hope" She added
"The fateful day would come" Sting said

"Hey come on, let's sleep" Sting carried Lucy bridal style
"Ohh. I didn't realize it was already late" Lucy said
"Hey babe if we didn't go to this world. Who would you choose? Natsu, Gray,Rogue, or me?" Sting asked
Lucy gulped before answering.
"N-Natsu" Lucy looked away.
"I see. I'm kinda happy we got into this world" Sting smiled
"Jerk. You're the one I love now" Lucy punched him.
"Hihi. I know" Sting kissed her

"Hey Lucy?" Sting asked
"What?" Lucy raised her eyebrows.
"Wanna give Astraea a sibling?Sting smirked
Lucy blushed before kicking him really hard.
"HEY WHAT THE?!" Sting shouted

Lucy broke free and ran to their room.
"Bleee" she stuck her tongue out before closing the door.
*BANG*
Sting laughed.
"My wife is so childish!" He shouted and laughed

He tried to open the door but it won't.
"Hey, open up!" He shouted
"I won't!go sleep somewhere!" Lucy said from the other side
Sting sighed.
"You're gonna let your husband sleep not beside you?" Sting shouted
"Yeah. Why not babe?" Lucy shouted.
Sting sighed and gave up.
"How stubborn"

That night Sting slept at the guest room.

So that's the answer. Lucy and Sting got together. But if they were not sent off to another world, Lucy would choose Natsu.
I ship NaLu very much, but that would be too common. Soo I'm trying out things here. xD huehue
