A scarlet steam engine is waiting next to a platform packed with people. A sign overhead said Hogwarts' Express, eleven o'clock. There's a wrought-iron archway where the barrier had been, with the words Platform Nine and Three-Quarters on it. Smoke from the engine drifted over the heads of the chattering crowd, while cats of every color wound here and there between the legs of their owners. Owls hooted to one another in a disgruntled sort of way over the babble and the scraping of heavy trunks.

Parents and their children could be seen frantically running and hugging their children, some of them were going inside the train, some of the children could be seen anxious and excited and some of them were calmly saying goodbye to their relative. The first few carriages were already packed with students, some hanging out of the window to talk to their families, some fighting over seats. Lots of students life are going to be change that day, and there's a peculiar groups of students whose life going to be change for sure, a few students who will abandon their differences and their pride to decided on what's right. Going to school for the first time, especially if your school is Hogwarts, could be excited and fun at the same time, but for Delisha Delmonico and her legilimens ability, it was a nightmare. You could spot the fear from the eleven year old amber eyes, nervous, anxious and fear could be seen merging into one, yet there's a hint of excitement. Her mother, Cordelia Delmonico was accompanying her at her first day.

You could see eyes looking at her mother, she wore black robes with silver snakes stitched into the seams. A long silver necklace with an emerald hung around her neck, the stone was the size of Dey's palm, she has amber eyes just like hers. Her head were covered with black hijab that draped around her necks.

Her mother, Cordelia Delmonico-nee Lipset, is a very famous witch that could master Occlumency and is a brilliant legilimens, she can even break under the imperius curse easily. She is feared by the Ministry and feared by a lot of great wizard and witch. Her father Marco Delmonico, and his family of Delmonico were a rich Italian pureblood family that famous of curse breaking and rune, also the practice of charm and divination too, lots of people from her family were seer that could see the possible future that will happen.

"Look at you," sniffed Dey's mother, staring at a her in amazement. Her mother has been there for her in her whole life. "I'm gonna miss you."

Dey smiled at her mother, "Me too mama," said Dey softly.

"I really wish I could just homeschool you, my dear" her mother admitted, with a sigh.

"But Uncle said I should go to Hogwarts," guessed Dey. She knew that her uncle was quite protective of her and her mother. "He said that I would be safer there, and he can always be there for me. Not to mention that you also go to Hogwarts."

"You have been listening our talk then?" asked her mother.

Dey blushed and glanced at the ground. "I'm sorry, can't really help it." said Dey.

Cordelia stared softly at her daughter. Her daughter that she loved with all her heart, her daughter that made her worried when she knew that Dey also has her gift, her daughter who she wants to protect and shield from the wizarding world that can be cruel to people like her; is now growing up and learning at her school. At that moment, she also saw her in Dey, the small girl who has a magical gift and want to learn more about it.

"It's always sweetheart," smiled her mother. "You're learning about this, and I know it's not that easy."

Dey smiled at her. Her mother has always saying the right thing to made her smile and feel safe.
