chapter 28~concert (part 1)

Martinus pov//

Suddenly I shot awake.

I could hear trembling.

I immediately looked to my left and see Emilie shaking.

I took her into my arms and held her close to me.

Martinus-"What happened?"

Emilie-"I had a nightmare and I kept hearing these creepy voices and these cackles and sounds."

Martinus-"It's okay I'm here I promise."

I had her under my arm, her head tucked into my side in my ribs.

Emilie-"You should sleep. Your concert is tomorrow night."

Martinus-"Not until I know you are asleep."

Emilie-"Okay."

She reached up and tried to kiss me but I was going down to try and kiss her and our heads collided.

Martinus-"That wasn't supposed to happen!"

We started to giggle.

Emilie-"Lets try that again."

We both moved closer to each other and I felt our lips touch.

Her hand slid on my bare stomach and I actually really like how it felt.

I put my hands on her soft cheeks and kissed her once more.

I pulled away and looked at her sweet, but scared face.

Martinus-"Hey, I'm always here for you. I swear."

She nodded and shifted closer to me.

Emilie-"Goodnight Martinus."

I rubbed her back and helped her fall asleep which surprisingly wasn't too hard.

I guess I should go to sleep because we have our concert tomorrow, or today.

Okay Martinus go to bed now.

I shut my eyes and slowly drifted off to sleep.

~next morning~

I felt the bed bouncing up and down.

I opened my eyes to see Marcus on top of me and jumping up and down.

Why is he even up?

I looked next to me and saw Emilie was waking up as well and she looked confused as hell.

Marcus-"Martinus and Emilie come on! Well interesting position you two are in."

Emilie's head was leaning on my chest and I was holding her waste.

Martinus-"Marcus go to sleep."

Marcus-"Nei! We have a concert today! Let's go we have to go to rehearse and stuff. Come on!"

He jumped off the bed and went running out.

Since when does he have so much energy.

Emilie-"Jeez someone has got him excited."

Martinus-"Cece probably."

Just then Cece popped in the doorway.

How did she do that?

Cece-"Someone said my name?"

Emilie-"Just talking about how you make Marcus excited."

She blushed.
