Alèv was woken up by the constant banging on the door of her humble 'garage-home'. She slipped out of the mattress and rubbed her eyes furiously.

The Colonel was banging on the garage door madly.

"Alèv! Open up." The Colonel shouted.

"Yeah, yeah I am up." She said, stumbling on her way.

She slid the door aside only to see the Colonel holding a tray of scrambled eggs and fruit juice in his hands.

He shoved the tray into her hands.

"Finish this , wash up and meet me in the living room in half an hour." He said and went back to the house.

She stood there in shock, until the smell of eggs tickled her senses. She went to the upper platform that she had constructed for her pass time and sat sprawled on the soft mattress. After finishing her protein rich breakfast, she took a bath and dressed up and went to the main house.

When she was in the living room, the Colonel quickly approached her with a bag.

"Here. Take this." He said and went back to the living room. Alèv followed.

What she saw next set her off her feet. The living room seemed like an underground secret laboratory.

"Have you been up all night doing this?" She said placing the bag on a couch.

She examined the screen, the projector and the touch screen computer in front of her. A table had various watches, recorders, cameras, pistols and a lots of stuff spread all over it.

"Colonel, he's just a man who was lost and you wanted him back. And now it seems you're gonna undertake a whole covete mission to do....what?" She asked.

"It's not for James. It's for your security. That bag that I have you has your share of these stuff. Now, I will be observing every move of yours, communicate with you and keep track of any potential danger that may lure around. Am I clear?" He said, loading a gun.

"Yeah, crystal clear.... but why all this? You don't believe me with it do you? I've been doing this for what, ten years now." She asked.

"Yes but the work that you've done consisted of extractions, apprehensions and somewhat interrogations. That's why I trained your with my soldiers. To make you a undercover asset. But this is different. Now you're not in the potential territory of being discovered. You're going upfront to someone and completing a mission. And that definitely requires some precautions if you ask me." He said, tying a watch around his wrist.

Alèv huffed. She's never been this nervous before any of her mission as she was now after what Colonel said.

Alèv looked at the clock. It was 1:00 in the afternoon .

"You let me sleep that long?" She asked him.

"Yup. You need your strength. So, you've thought of something? How are you going to approach him and talk to him?"

For the fact, Alèv had been thinking about it the whole night.

"Yeah. But I'm not gonna tell you about it. Instead, executing it would be much better." She said and sat on the couch with the bag.

Colonel looked at her with amazement.

"Alright. When do you wanna start?"

"I'll start my main plan when it gets a little dark. For now we are going at the same place where he lives and wait there."

"Alright let's go then." He clapped his hands together and got the car keys.

It took twenty minutes to reach the destination.
