~Y/n's POV~

I walked on the cold sidewalk, snow coated everywhere and more was floating down from the night sky. I had my hands in my thick f/c jacket, I was freezing cold and the tears running down my face didn't help. I kept walking until I had no idea where I was. I looked around, I was in some sort of neighborhood. I walked slower, however when I passed an alleyway something grabbed my sleeve and pulled me in. I yelped in surprise. I was then thrown to the ground on my back. If I didn't have my jacket on it probably would've scraped my skin. "What's a pretty girl like you walking alone in the cold?" A rough masculine voice said behind me. "L-Leave me alone!" I exclaimed, just by my voice you could tell I had been crying. "Why would I do that?" He asked, then someone grabbed my wrist. It was a human hand. "W-What do you want from me?" I cried, I tried to pry his hand off of me but it was no use. "Well you seem lost so I was hoping to take you back to my place." I could tell he was smirking, he then put a hand over my mouth. I struggled but to no avail. Suddenly a strange skeletal dragon head looking thing with pointed teeth appeared in front of us. "Let go of her." A deep but soothing voice said from behind the strange object. The man holding me let go of me and bolted the other direction. I clutched a hand over my heart, my breaths were deep and heavy. The skeletal dragon head disappeared to reveal a short skeleton wearing an unzipped blue jacket, he wore a white undershirt and had black shorts with white lines on each side. He also wore fluffy pink slippers. "Are you ok?" He asked. "Y-Yeah, I'm ok. Just a little shaken up." I answered while standing up. I was an inch shorter than him. "Do you know where your house is?" He questioned. "No, I ran away." I told him. "I see, by the way the names Sans." The monster said. "I'm Y/n, nice to meet you." He extended his hand to shake. When I grabbed his hand however, a fart noise was heard. I tried my best to hold in laughter but I ended out bursting out laughing. "T-That was amazing!" I exclaimed. "Old whoopee cushion in the hand trick, works every time." He chuckled. "I assume you need a place to stay?" He asked. "Yeah, I can't really go back home." I said. "You can stay with me and my brother if you want." He suggested. "You'd let me?" I asked. "Sure, I know Papyrus wouldn't mind." He said. "I would really appreciate it, thank you." I said. "Follow me, it's just over here." He turned and started walking to a two story house, I happily followed. I'm finally free from my monster hating family.
