Chapter 1: Love at First Sight...?

So after a huge summer break it was finally time to go back to school.

What a bummer. I was going to 8th grade. My teacher was Ms. Blair. Most of my friends were in different classes so that sucks.

I was heading to my class when I felt someone hug me.
It was my BFF Jessica.

"Hey you scared me there. Have you seen Sabrina or Kendall?"

"Hi, umm I only saw Sabrina not Kendall."

"Ok, that's strange... You know Kendall might be dating that guy umm Angel."

"Really your kidding. OMG but Kendall seems so innocent to be dating someone. Ohh especially with her strict mom. Oh dear."

"Oh yeah her mom. I think she is dating him secretly. But yeah I knew they would end up dating. When we were 12 she was obsessed with him. Like literally it was so annoying. If we were texting each other it would be about Angel. If we spoke it was about Angel. Like chill girl."

"Sorry to ruin the conversation but I'm gonna be late to class talk to you later."

"OK the bye"

It was true I was almost late to class. My first class was math. I saw Kendall sitting down. She didn't notice me cause she was taking out her books.

I went to sit next to her.

"Hey"

"Oh hey. I was looking for you every where."

" Is it true your dating angel."

" Boi how do you know?"

"Well stalkers took pictures of you hanging out with angel and they posted it in Instagram."

"What. OMG people are so strange these days."

"I know how did he ask you out."

"Well ever since you guys pranked me by giving me his number. He had my number so we talked to each other and we became good friends."

"OK what else."

"He started inviting me to the park and everything. Then one day he invited me to this beautiful Elegant park and he asked me if I could be his girlfriend."

"OMG how cute." I was dying inside. How come she didn't even tell me.

"I know."

We wanted to speak more but our teacher cane into the classroom.

She was presenting her self and everything you would do on the first day of school.

About 4 minutes later this boy went in the class. It was Mark Varenas my crush. Holy Moly.

I can't stop staring.

He was in my class in the 5th grade and I fell in love with him ever since.

Thankfully there was a empty seat right next to mine.

"Umm excuse me. Sorry for coming late to class."

"Hello what's your name? And why are you late to class."

"I was lost."

"Just sit down were taking turn to present yourself. Just know that this will not be allowed I'm just accepting it today cause it's the first day of school."

"OK"

"Sit next to Krystaly." Yes!

"Sure "

I almost died when he sat next to me. I immediately sat up straight and crossed my legs.

"Krystaly come up and present please just say any random things about you. Atleast 5 facts."

"OK. Ummmmmm my name is Krystaly Vera. I'm Dominican. I, I like BTS. I'm 14 years old. And I ."

I paused for a second as I stared into Mark's eyes. I couldn't help the fact he was staring at me. He smiled as I did a little smile.

"I , I like Mark (I said whispering for no one to hear) I mean I like pizza."

I went back to my seat. As I saw Mark looking at me. Was he staring at my butt. I don't know.

I sat down and looked at Mark once more and smiled. It then became awkward.

Ringgggg

The bell rang I stood up and got my books I was stopped by Mark.

He held me by the waist stopping me from crossing. I was blushing as I heard my BFF Kendall saying wow.

He finally let me go.

I went to my friend. She was shaking her head and then left to her 2nd class. Great she is going to bother me even more. Ugh.

I rolled my eyes. Then I went to my 2ND class.
