First, screenshot any song from your player, or you could search some images on Google for bettrr quality photos.
Edit your image using PicsArt.
Click the 'Draw' icon and choose the square shape. Change the stroke to 'Fill'. Then click ok.

Stretch your square until it covers your album cover. Click check.
