"So Cadie, tell me, who should I hang out with at this school?" Hunter asked.

They were sitting together again, because he decided to sit in her seat. She had no choice but to sit next to him because that was the only seat she felt comfortable sitting in. Even if an extremely hot Hunter was there too.

"Uh, I don't know. Nobody really associates with me at school. Actually you and I might want to stop talking because people will think you are weird like me." Cadie said. Sadly, it was all true too.

Hunter frowned. "Well that's lame. I guess it's just you and me for the rest of the year then!" he said putting his arm around Cadie.

She almost died right then. He was too much for her fragile heart to handle.

Afraid that she would ruin the moment if she moved, Cadie just stayed absolutely still.

"You can relax Sweetheart, I'm not gonna hurt you," he said.

He may not hurt her like how it hurts to be shoved into a door, but that wasn't the kind of pain Cadie was afraid of.
