"I like that name."
"What's so bad about it?"
"Sometimes you don't need a reason to hate something."
"That's just childish. Unreasonable hate is a hoax. There is always a reason behind every hate but not everyone wants to admit it or realise it."
It wasn't unreasonable hate. I just found it unreasonable to explain it to him.
I remained quiet even though it was obvious he was expecting some kind of reaction from me. Minutes passed and he realised I'm not gonna comment on his deep ass monologue.
"Well, I think it's a pretty name."
We were both late for the class but my teacher was always really considerate, knowing it's not so easy for me to find my way. He was one of few people who actually understood how I feel and he didn't have this "she is used to it, she can find her way" attitude. That's why I adored him so much. Not only as a teacher but also as a person. Jackson would probably get in trouble, but he was new so they forgave him.
Today was one of the short days at uni and I was really glad because I didn't feel like staying here for longer.
"MISUN!" Already familiar voice was slowly approaching me.
"Misun!" My name was becoming louder as he was getting closer. I stopped because I knew I couldn't run away.
"Misun." He was standing behind me and I turned around to do what I thought was facing him.
"Oh, wait." I heard him taking tiny little steps for god knows what reason.
"What is happening?" I was curious.
"You were facing the tree so I moved a little bit so you face me now." Even though I couldn't see him, I was able to tell from the way he talked, that he was smiling. This was the first time someone moved for me, instead of awkwardly telling me "I'm little bit more to the right."
"Thank you." I said, little bit embarrassed but it definitely felt better than the usual awkwardness.
"I was wondering, would you like me to give you a lift? I have nothing to do and I thought it might be more comfortable than using the bus."
"Ah, you don't have to worry. I take the bus everyday."
"EXACTLY! Just because you can't see, doesn't mean you can't enjoy life. Have fun, forget about the stereotype and live as if you weren't disabled. I swear I'm not a creep but you can have a heaps of fun with me."
"Has anyone ever told you that your voice is annoying?"
"It's usually me who's annoying, not just my voice so you made me feel better about myself. Now come on."
He grabbed my hand and started pulling me to what I figured was his car.
