I know drinking water tips... like what??? But I think these tips might be really helpful!

Also, it is said that drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness to the human body.

AFTER YOU WAKE UP: drink two glasses of water which helps activate internal organs

BEFORE EATING: drink 1 glass to help digestion 
BEFORE TAKING A BATH: drink 1 glass to help lower blood pressure

BEFORE GOING TO BED: drink 1 glass to avoid strokes or heart attacks
