I woke up early. Like 8 o'clock early!

But I knew I wasn't the only one awake. My dad has always gotten up really early, so per usual I found him in the living room playing videogames. Shouting at the tv.

"Hey princess! How you doin!" he asked.

"Mmm, tired." I groaned.

"Tired? You just slept!" he joked. For as long as I can remember he's always said that.

I grab a glass, and some orange juice.

"How about I make some biscuits and gravy?" he asked.

Classic morning breakfast.

"Sounds good." I told him. I settled into the couch and played on my phone. I got a text.

Destery: Come upstairs.

Me: How did you know I was awake?

Destery: Well I was gonna go downstairs but I heard you, so just get up here.

Haha! He's so demanding! But I love it.

I walked upstairs, sorta peeking around for him.

When suddenly a pair of hands pulled me I to the nearest room.

I turned to face Destery, looking sexy as ever with his bed head.

"Morning beautiful!" he smiled.

"Morning!" I replied.

He leaned In to kiss me. Now I awake.

"Well I feel much better! You have no idea how horrible Nathan is when he sleeps!" Destery complained.

"Haha! Believe me, Hannah's worse! That girl can not stop moving!" I told him.

"I much prefer sleeping with you!" he said.

"Agreed! Now come on, my dads making breakfast." I motioned for him to go ahead of me.

We intertwined fingers as I lead him downstairs.

"There you are! I wondered where you'd run off to!" my dad said, placing some biscuits into the oven.

"Yeah, I went to go wake up Destery." I told him.

"Well, could you guys go get everyone else up its almost ready." dad told us.

We headed back upstairs.

Getting Hannah up is semi easy. She doesn't get violent, but you can tell she wants to.

Down the hall we here Destery yell ow!

I ran down the hall to see Nathan had Destery smothered by a pillow.

"Nathan!" I shout.

He looked up and let up on the pillow.

Destery shot up gasping for air.

"You mind explaining why you were trying to kill my boyfriend?" I asked, folding my arms across my chest.

"He woke me up!" Nate whined.

"So! I woke Hannah up, and you don't see her trying to suffocate me!" I said.

Destery got off the bed and made his way to me.

"My hero!" he said in a girlish voice.

"Haha! Come on guys, dads got breakfast." I told them.

Hannah was down the steps before I finished the sentance. She is one of the very few people who know how good my dads cooking is. He's worked in plenty of restaurants to earn that title.
