It is a rather beautiful day in the mountains of Japan. (I do not know fully what?) The air filled with freshness, as well as the delicious smell of home made cooking. Nothing can ruin this peaceful morning.  Especially in a peaceful village.

... Well.., That is until banging of a metal can be heard from one of the "Modern" huts. Inside said hut..., Well lets say an old man decided to get up from his sick bed and do a favor for his two cute grandchildren, waking them up. Getting a frying pan and metal spoon once he got in his clean favorite pair of hakama and kimono, he banged the two kitchen utensils together. "HURRY UP AND GET DOWN HERE!!" Yelled the old men. Two separate thuds could be heard from opposite sides of the house. "Aiya!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING GRANDFATHER GIN?! DO YOU KNOW WHAT TIME IT IS?! IT'S 4 IN THE MORNING?! ARU!!" yelled a female voice angrily, while the old grandfather just chuckled. 'Just like Mei, and our daughter, getting all mad if things don't go her way, or if she is woken up too early'

"You do know that Rin does not like to be woken up this early, Aru?," an amused voice said, "and that she will completely flip if she sees you out of your bed. Aru." The old man, now known as Grandfather (or "pa") Gin just scoffed. "HMPH! NO Sickness will keep these old bones in bed!" He huffed out while turning to face his amused grandson behind him. The young boy was in grey hakama and a green red male Chinese dress, which appears that the sleeve are to long on him. His Eyes twinkling with amusement, as well as remaining sleep. What was interesting about his eyes was that the right one was icy blue, and the left, icy green. His silvery white hair that tended to grow a foot every other day was down to the lower middle of his back, his silvery eyebrows were lifted in amusement, as his lean body leaned against the wall.

Gin sighed, "you do know we will have go out to the fields, why bother wearing the.. garb..," He paused remembering that his grandson always almost everywhere wore that kind of clothing..., "... never mind Takashi" Takashi looked at his grandfather quizzically before turning 80 decrees and smiling at his half asleep Imoto. Who was in traditional Chinese dress, hair in a bun. "Ohayo,  Rin... Aru?" He paused in the middle of his greeting at the death glare his Imoto was giving him. "AIYA! GOOD MORNING?! IT IS 4 IN  THE MORNING?! THIS IS NO WAY TO BE CHEERFULL BAKA!!" She then turned to grandfather, "AND YOU!! Aren't you supposed to be in bed?!" She continued more softly and apologetic suddenly remembering that her grandfather was sick.. 'Well.., Its not like I can help it. Isn't it too early? I really need to control my temper. I am really jealous of nii-san, I need to remember to ask him how he keeps his cool' She thought slightly pouting in Takashi's direction in jealousy.

Gin only laughed. 'Normally I would scold them, but.., well I suppose I am getting to old for this. And Rin reminds me to much of my Chinese warrior wife and Shinobi Mother.' Takashi just sweat dropped, and sighed. "I will go cook up something. What would you like, Aru?" Rin's blue eyes instantly brightened up. "Steamed buns and Sushi!" Rin said smiling.  Gin smiled, "Steamed buns and sushi as well, hehe." Takashi only smiled "alright then, Steamed buns and Sushi it is, Aru, ^-^"  He turned to the kitchen while placing his glasses on.

-Time Skip.., to a few minutes-

After the morning conversation we find our small family at the table eating quietly, enjoying the food. Suddenly Gin speaks up serious. "Takashi, Rin, soon you will both be close to 13. It is time that I send you off to the Academy."
