Saved and Pregnant

It was cold, it was lonely. And it was all you had. You had nothing left, everything had walked out and left you.

You had tried to save the day, tried to get your group out of the hell hole you were all in.

You weren't a hero, although you tried to be, you tried to save the world.

But you didn't, and you put them all in danger. So they got rid of you, rid you of their love and affection.

But one person still held on, he did. Carl held on, he held on to you. And he wasn't letting go, but he had too. He had to let you go, and now you were gone.

You walked through the cold forest, and your mind hurt. Because you hurt, because no one loved you.

And at this time, you couldn't love yourself either. You couldn't love the person you were, or the person you weren't.

You couldn't even love the baby growing inside of you. Because you were disgusting.

You ruined your happy ever after. But you held on to Carl's baby, because you knew one day you could love it and yourself.

You could hold onto it, because it was Carl's creation. The one you made together, and it was everything.

It was everything that no longer existed.

You held your stomach, the huge one that stuck out. That got in the way when you tried to move, and when you tried to survive.

Your back was pressed against a tree, your legs out in front of you.

You let it all go, and you'd be lying if you said you didn't cry.

You did, and you poured your heart and soul out. For nobody to ever notice.

Because the monsters no longer lived outside, they no longer walked among the ground. They lived within your soul.

They were the biggest burden you carried, and you didn't want to carry it anymore.

"I'm so sorry. I don't want to do this anymore, I don't want this anymore." You cried, your hands running through your hair. Pulling on the strands.

You got so lost in trying to be human that you didn't know what to do. You didn't know how to live, or how to breathe.

You were walking all alone. You were barley living, because you didn't know how to live.

You were dead inside, your mind, your soul they all went away. They went away and you didn't know how to get them back.

You were just the same as a walker now.

The leaves behind you crunched, they crunched under somebodies feet. And if it was a walker, you didn't care. It could take you right here and now, and you'd never look back.

You'd never regret it either.

But all that came through was a voice. It was blurry, but it kept repeating. And then you finally heard it.

"(Y/N)?" the voice questioned. You turned your head around, and there he stood. His body was stiff, and tall. She was tall, and strong.

He had always been strong, for you, for his family.

But he stood tall, like nothing could knock him down. Because he was invincible. His features stuck out like a sore thumb, but everyone of them was beautiful.
