Newts P.O.V
I woke up with a now familiar presence by my side, Tina and I had barely been married a week and a half yet here we were in New York.

Today was the ball, and that's when Tina would be announcing she got married to her friends and co workers, part of me smiled just imagining Phillips face.

Tina's eyes fluttered open and she smiled when she saw me, "good morning," she said

"Good morning love," I replied. She yawned "tell me do you enjoy watching me sleep?" She asked teasingly.

"Yes your quite peaceful," I said laughing. She kissed my nose "you know I've been thinking." She started

"Well I know we don't really have to since we're always in the case, but wouldn't it be nice to actually have a house and not have to always get a hotel just to put the case in?" She asked

I smiled "I thought about that to, but we always seem to be traveling where would we actually settle down enough to have a house?" I asked

"I don't know maybe England?"

I smiled "what about MACUSA?" I asked

"I'll work for the ministry won't that be a surprise? An American with working for the British ministry." She said laughing

"I like the idea," I said giving her a soft kiss on the lips, all I wanted to do was stay in bed holding Tina not a care in the world occasionally going down to check on my creatures.

"Newt what did you first think of me when you first met me?" She asked

I laughed "I was at first confused and then I thought this women had mustard on her face.

She giggled "are you going to forever tease me about that?"

"Maybe," I said

She put a pillow in front of my face and laughed, I threw it back at her. "You don't throw things at ladies!" She scolded while laughing.

"It's not very polite to suffocate your husbands either!" I said

She stuck her tongue at me

"Now I know where Pickett gets it from." I said

She laughed and climbed out of bed "where are you going?" I asked

"I'm hungry I'm gonna go eat breakfast we can't stay in bed forever!" She said

I sighed and shuffled out after her, using magic she got a pan and eggs out and started scrambling them.

"When's the ball?" She asked

"It starts at five, so we have plenty of time to do whatever we'd like." I said

"Maybe I should check in at work," she mumbled,

"If you do don't tell anyone you're married, I want to wait until tonight for that," I said
