Thank you

It had been twenty minutes since Bam left the apartment, but Hunter still found herself standing in the same position. She was afraid to face Ryan, she heard him and Bam talking earlier and apparently Ryan noticed Bam spending the night in her room. She was afraid of what Ryan would think of her and that he'd judge her for something she didn't do. But did she really have to worry? Bam reassured her that nothing happened between the two of them, he just wanted to make sure she was okay. But could she trust him on his words?

After spending many more minutes regretting drinking the other night, she finally got out of her room to face Ryan. She bit her lip nervously and closed her eyes for a brief moment. He was sitting on the couch, watching tv.

"Hi," she mumbled, sitting down next to him.

"Hey," Ryan replied absentminded, trying to find a show to watch.

Hunter looked around the living room awkwardly, trying to think of any words to say to him right now.

"Did you sleep well?" Ryan asked after a short silence. Hunter wasn't sure but it almost seemed like he was smirking.

"I g-guess," she stuttered.

Ryan glanced at her for a second before his eyes turned back towards the tv, "So how was it?"

Hunter swallowed a lump in her throat, "was what?" she asked dumbfounded.

"How was it to sleep next to the oh so famous Bam Margera?" Ryan asked, "or was it more than just sleeping?"

"What—No," Hunter furrowed her brows, "come on Ry. You know I'm not like that."

"Chill," he chuckled, "I was actually hoping that you had moved on for a second.."

"With Bam? He's not my type," Hunter shook her head.

Ryan raised his eyebrow, "Not your type huh.."

Hunter rolled her eyes, "Can we just move on from this? Nothing happened."

"How do you know for sure, you were drunk."

Hunter was about to respond but the sudden beeping from her phone stopped her. She grabbed it from her pocket and unlocked it.

"Who is it?" Ryan questioned as he noticed Hunter's face was growing paler.

"Hunter? Are you okay?"

Hunter's eyes were glued to her phone as she read the same message displayed on her screen over and over again.

'Found some stuff that belongs to you, I think you would like to have it back, so come by later to pick it up  x' ~ Liam

"Please say something, you're scaring me.." Ryan said.

"Liam," Hunter locked her phone and sunk down on the couch.

"What is it?"

"He wants me to come over later to pick 'something' up.."

Ryan stared at her confused, "pick what up? I thought you said you got all your stuff?"

"I did. I don't know what he's talking about.." she said, feeling frustrated.

"I don't trust it. You're not seriously thinking about going right?" he asked but she didn't respond.

"Hunter come on..."

"It's not like I'm forcing you to go with me.."

"I'm not letting you go on your own."

Hunter let out a sigh while she ran her fingers through her hair, "you can't come with me, you've got that business meeting with Jeff.."
