Guo Chengyu was nominally a director of a construction company affiliated with the city public works administration, but in actual fact he didn't do much work. Recently, he won a big contract as the successful bidder on an engineering project which he immediately turned around and subcontracted, netting tens of millions in profits. Later, he bought a tract of land and put up a sign for a Pet Snake Park. There, he bred pet house snakes of every imaginable colour including a lot of rare and valuable species. It seemed as though he were deliberately trying to goad Chi Cheng.

In recent days, Guo Chengyu spent so much time visiting his park that he didn't even go to the clinic.

"I heard Chi Jiali came back a few days ago," Li Wang said.

Guo Chengyu said smilingly, "That should liven things up."

Chi Jiali was Chi Cheng's sister, older than him by six years. Four years ago, despite stiff parental opposition, she married a black man and settled abroad. Two years ago she gave birth to twins, two boys, one black and one white, who really were a delight to watch. Chi Cheng's parents cherished their grandsons incredibly, thinking about them all day long, not to mention urging Chi Jiali to return home.

"Tell me, what was Li-jie thinking? She had to find someone as dark as that! I ran into them the last time they were both home and, oh my God, it was just like he had been brushed with an ink stick! And wearing a white suit, I was afraid the colour would rub off on his clothes."

Guo Chengyu chuckled, "Black guys have big dicks."

"No way!"

As the car pulled out from the snake park onto the road, Li Wang suddenly remembered something and said to Guo Cheng Yu, "Two days ago the little doctor was asking me about you. He wanted to know why you hadn't been by. It looks like he's been thinking about you. "

Guo Chengyu rubbed the tip of his tongue against his eye tooth. "He wasn't asking about Chi Cheng's affairs by any chance?"

Thinking about it, it seemed to Li Wang as though he did ask about a few things.

"He only asked whether there wasn't some connection between you and Chi Cheng. He mentioned it pretty casually and didn't ask anything else. He mainly asked about you."
