Hate that drummer; Josh Dun

Chapter two

I look down at my watch, "Shit only 5 minutes till the bell rings now and I have to meet up with Josh too," I think.

I look back up at Jenna and she introduces me to her boyfriend,"This is Tyler."

I freeze,"Wait as in Tyler Joseph the lead singer of Twenty Øne Piløts."

"Yeah," Jenna replies,"Are you a fan?"

"I guess," I say not wanting to offend Jenna or Tyler.

"Hey are you that girl Josh met this morning," Tyler asks me.

I roll my eyes,"sadly I am."

"He's already texting up a storm about you and Josh is very picky on who he chooses to hang out with," Tyler grins.

"He's a real pain in the ass if I'm being honest here," I say crossing my arms.

I look back down at my watch,"Shoot only 3 minutes now," I think.

"Anyways we should probably get to class," Jenna implies.

"Yeah,and anyways I have to meet up with someone," I sigh.

Tyler pushes open the door for me and Jenna as I quickly run to room 213. I look down at my schedule and see that mr.Johnson's algebra class is first.

"For fucks sakes," I think,"I guess I'll get detention considering I'm going to be late now because of Josh."

I finally get to room 213 and push open the door looking down at my watch, 1 minute till the bell rings I'm going to be late.

I look up to see that Josh has taken me to the old music room in our school, we have another one it's just our school was too lazy to get rid of this one so it holds old instruments.

"J Josh why did you bring me to the old music room," I ask.

I hear the bell ring and I freak out.

"Josh please I'm sorry it's just I have to get to class," I tell him grabbing onto the door knob.

"No wait Alex," Josh says grabbing my wrist.

I turn around as Josh puts his arms on the door cornering me. He leans in closer to me and those same nerves come back. He moves his lips closer to mine but grins and steps away from the door un cornering me.

"Asshole," I mumble.

Josh looks at me with sincerity,"your friend Meredith, I ran into her and she told me you don't like Twenty Øne Piløts."

I freeze not knowing what to say being the big Idiot I am. Josh walks over to the other end of the room and I tilt my head down.

"J Josh."

Josh turns around,"I just want to know why you hate me and my band so much."

"It's just that I've want to be a singer ever since I was 8 and seeing that you and Tyler already accomplished my dream I was jealous," I say staring at the floor,"You guys make really good music I won't lie it just makes me mad that if you guys can get into the music industry why can't I."
