How can you look at me
And not see all the things that I kept only just for you?
Why would you risk it baby? Is that the price that I pay?
But this is my show and I won't let you go
All has been paid for, and it's mine
How could you look at me
And not see all the things?
Ring the alarm
I been through this too long
But I'll be damned if I see another chick on your arm

Chapter Twenty Two - Get In The Truck
"WHAT!" I heard Jessica scream from outside. I found Aiden in his room playing.
"Hey kiddo." He looked up and smiled. Aiden stood up and ran over to me. I picked him up and kissed his cheek. "Did you miss me?"
"Yes! Where's daddy?" Aiden frowned and looked around. How am I going to tell him? What do you say to your child when you know his father left to go with another women? Hey, your dad went with his other girlfriend!
"Daddy went to the store, but he'll be back later." Aiden nodded and pointed to his toys.
"Can we play?" He pouted. Aww! How could I say no?
"Sure. What are we playing?" I set him down and walked over to his toys.
"I can be the cop, and you can be the bad guy! Here." He handed me a random toy. I chuckled.
"Okay, baby. You'll never catch me!" Aiden laughed. I loved this little boy. I just hate that his father is a piece of shit. I wish Damien would get his shit together. If not for me, then for his son.

"Gabriella, he's probably not cheating. Maybe he has stuff to deal with and he doesn't want you to know." Jessica frowned. I wish she was right, but I knew she was wrong. Damien is cheating and I couldn't be with someone like that.
"Jessica I know he's cheating. He wouldn't even touch me." I looked down at my hands in my lap. Was I not attractive anymore? Was I not good enough for him?
"Look at me." I looked at her; she looked pissed. "He came back for YOU! He didn't come back for Aiden because he didn't even know he had a son, so who did he want to be with? Answer that question."
Don't you hate talking to someone who is always right about your situations? I do. Jessica was always right about everything I complained about to her. I guess it's good that I have a friend that's always there for me.
"You're right." I whispered.
"Babe, wait for him to come back. Tell him that you need to talk to him, and express your feelings to him. Don't hold back on anything and if he tries to push you away, you press him. I don't care how much he yells or says mean things. You push him until he spills. I'm sure it's not that bad." She smiled and grabbed her drink.
"Thanks, Jess. I need to bring these upstairs." I grabbed the tray of drinks.
"Okay. Remember what I said!" I nodded and walked towards the stairs.
I couldn't wait until Damien came back. I missed him like crazy and wanted to kill him at the same time. I guess this is what makes me love him. I could love him and hate him at the same time. We had a weird relationship like that.
"Here's your drinks." My smile faded when my eyes landed on Erin's. I cleared my throat and set the drinks on the table.
"Thank you, Gabriella." My boss said. I smiled at him and turned around. I didn't want to see Erin. It was weird being around him after the whole fight. Why is he even here?
