Lord Jesus Christ, are you there?
I know I have sinned,
I am sorry.
I truly want to end
this destructive phase of my life,
but Oh God, how much it hurts
to try and leave the shell
that protects you from life's hell.
I really want to try
and live a life that's
for your Glory,
but I feel so worthless
like I am not good enough.
I feel as if since I'm already nothing
what is the point of trying?
but then i remember your love:
A love so fierce,
A love so strong,
that it defied death,
for me.
And I keep going.
