Your POV

Can I have a minute?
I gotta tell you something
I heard that someone likes you
And it might be nothing but she's right in front of you

She's kinda my size
Don't look back cause she's looking
I think you know her
But you just don't know that she's right in front of you

Baby, you've been, talking to her to nearly everyday
She really likes all the games that you play
She told me to tell you to see what you'd say,
Before she jumps and she asks for a date
'Cause I've got this friend who's crazy about you
I've got this friend who can't be without you
I've got this friend and I wish I could see,
How this would end if you knew it was me

Something I have to tell you
She plays the bass guitar
She thinks you'd like her better
If she had a car but now she's right in front of you

Baby, you've been, talking to her nearly everyday
She really likes all the games that you play
She told me to tell you to see what you would say,
Before she jumps in and asks for a date
'Cause I've got this friend she's crazy about you
I've got this friend who can't live without you
I've got this friend and I wish I could see,
How would this end of you knew it was me

Talking to you nearly everyday
And I really like all the games that you play
So I want to tell you to see what you would say
Before I jump in and I ask for a date

I've been that friend
I've been that friend

I've been that friend and I wish I could see
How would this end if you knew it was me

Taking to you nearly everyday
I really like all the games that you play
I wanna tell you to see what you say
Before I jump in and I ask for a date
'Cause I've been that friend who's crazy about you
I've been that friend who can't live without you
I've been that friend who wants to be with you
I've been that friend who wants to be near you
I've been that friend and I wish I could see
How would this end if you knew it was me.

"I always catch you in the right moment,"

I jumped and held up the acoustic guitar in my hands like a weapon and quickly turned around to see Camila standing there with a frightened look while holding her hands up in defence.

I let out a deep breath and put the guitar down.

"You fucking scared me," I admitted while still in a daze.

Camila chuckled and sat next to me.

"That was a nice song you played," she complimented.

"Yeah?" I excitedly asked.

She giggled cutely and nodded her head yes.

"It's an original," I uttered shyly.

"Really!?" She asked amazed.

"Yeah," I nodded timidly.

"You're very talented," she looked me softly.

Before I could mutter a thanks, she continued.

"You can play nearly any instrument that's in sight and you're a freaking song writer."

"You're amazing," she ended with a smile.

"Says you, you're voice is amazing too, it's so soothing, it's clams me down. I like your voice, it's just so good I can't even describe it," I rambled.
