He recognised him but he couldn't put his finger on it. The women behind the counter of the cafe shouted out a name. A name Tyler hadn't heard in 12 years.
'Joshua Dun?'
A/N Hi, I'm Leyla and this is my first book on here. I had an idea for this kind of story and if you guys (if anyone actually reads this) have any ideas for this then just though them at me. I don't mind if you do. The more the better. Now let's start the story that's been in my head for weeks!!

"Come on mummy! We are gonna be late for school!!" Tyler shouted to his mum whilst running down the stairs. His mother was in the kitchen putting everything away from eating breakfast. After Tyler ran down stairs from getting changed into his uniform, he went to the front door and waited for what seemed like forever for his mum to come and unlock the door so his friend who lived next door could go to school. Finally she came, unlocked the door and instantly Tyler ran outside to be greeted by his best friend who goes to school with him everyday, Josh Dun.
"Ty-ty!!" Josh said whilst walking over to his best friend with his arms wide open.
"Jishwa!!" Tyler ran into Josh's open arms and gave him a tight squeeze. They let go after 2 minutes of them just hugging.
"Ready for school?" Josh asked Tyler sweetly tilting his head a bit.
" Sure Joshie. One sec.." Tyler replied to Josh whilst turning round to his mum who was standing just outside their door. "Bye mummy! See you after school!" Tyler's mother wished him a good day and Josh and his mother did the same thing. They could see the school from both of their houses so their mothers let them walk to school everyday as long as they could watch to see nothing bad was gonna happen.
Once they reached school, they saw their mothers walk back into their houses and with that, Josh and Tyler ran to the special spot in the playground where they would sit ,play, talk do anything as long as they were together. They had other friends but only really talked to them when they needed to get into a big group for a game or something. They were Brendon (Urie), Pete (Wentz), Melanie (Martinez), Patrick (Stump) and Ashley (Frangipane/ Halsey). They liked them but enjoyed it more when they were alone.
They sat there for 15 minutes before the bell went, telling kids to get ready for class. They were in Year 2 and in the same class as each other. Unlike the older kids who went straight to their lessons, Tyler and Josh had to line up outside their usual classroom they had everything in. They were the butterflies whilst the other group Tyler and Josh weren't in, was the bees.
Today at school was special. Because it was the last week of school, the teacher let the kids do whatever they wanted the hole day but they had to stay in school. Once everyone were let free, people were sprinting to the activity they wanted to do whilst Tyler and Josh just stood their for a moment staring at each other.
Josh was soaking in how much his best friend was so pure and innocent and knew he had to protect him forever, from everyone and everything. He loved his little Tyler. He would normally have these little staring sessions and Tyler would need to snap him out of it.
On the other hand, Tyler was looking at Josh, staring into his dark mocha eyes. Thinking how grateful he was to have some one like Josh to protect him and look after him from everything. He loved his hero Josh. Tyler tried to do the same for Josh as he does for Tyler but either Josh could handle it himself or if Tyler tried he wouldn't be able to handle the pressure from the bullies and would end up crying. Then Josh would first, punch the person who made his baby cry then take Tyler away to help him out. Tyler would also have staring sessions but he made sure Josh didn't notice.
Brendon ran towards them, making them snap out of there trances. They could of gone on for hours. "Hey, so what are you guys doing?" He said whilst Pete ran to their side.
"Hi! The only place that seems empty is the music corner. I'm interested but I don't wanna go alone. Can you guys come with me?" Pete asked oh so shyly. He was very shy even round his good friends and even family but sometimes he can be really loud and crazy. That Pete was fun.
So Tyler and Josh agreed and went over the the music corner. On of the music teachers were there. Her name was Mrs Medland, and she was like SUPER NICE. Anything she did was out of kindness. All of the students loved her, but Tyler, Josh, Brendon and Pete were her biggest fans since they loved music and playing instruments. ;)
They all went and dibbed their instruments. Josh on the small drums, Tyler with this toy electric guitar and earpiece, Brendon ran for that piano and Pete had the other guitar but this one only had four strings which immediately pulled him to learn more. He asked Mrs Medland what kind of toy guitar he had and she replied with bass. For the whole day, they were in that music corner playing beats that made no sense(And the passion for music begins...)
