Hidden with the powdered masks
Behind one thousand careful tasks
We do in the mornings
Because "natural is boring"
Baby girl you look more beautiful in your skin
Without makeup on the days you're late
Than in the clown face you paint
It's a sin
I know you want to cover what you hate
But show it all to me
I want to see
Everything you hide with foundation
God's perfect creation
And you're not just beautiful in my eyes
I love you and your jean size
And not just with your hair curled
So let it down to be seen by the world
