First of all, I'm thinking that this will be the last chapter considering I can't think of any more ideas for this story. I'm pretty proud of this story though I will go back and edit them a little cause I saw a bunch of typos. Thanks to all those that commented!!!

Harry cocked an eyebrow but didn't reply to his friends angry outburst.

"Do you think I'm stupid?" Ron demanded. "after I practically begged you to stay, you seriously think I'm gonna let you leave like that?"

"I can hope," Harry shrugged.

Ron rolled his eyes and had come to a small conclusion in his head.

He would give Harry a choice. He could choose to go back into the Great Hall with him and they could all wait for Voldemort to come out and act all high and mighty. They would then respond with fighting them till they win.

If Harry decided to not go back to the Great Hall and instead went into the forest and die. Ron, of course, would fight Harry's decision and try and delay Harry as much as possible, which he had been doing succesfully for the past few minutes.

He could feel a small smirk tempting to take over his face, but he fought it. If he did allow it to, then Harry could realize exactly what he was doing. That wouldn't be too good.

If only something was to distract them, then that would be great for Ron.

Almost as if on cue, Harry had sneezed into the crook of his elbow and something fell from his dirty hands. Ron's eyebrows furrowed and he made moves to go forward and grab it from the ground. Harry jumped forward and quickly blocked it from Ron's sight before he could get a better view of it.

"What was that?" Ron asked curiously.

Harry shook his head feverishly and said shortly, "Nothing, nothing at all."

I know I'm not the brightest, Ron thought exasperatedly. But does he really think I'm that stupid?

Hoping to get another glance at the mysterious object, Ron questioned innocently, "If you tell me, I'll go back inside..."

"Really?" Harry asked, just like he had done earlier.

Ron nodded and crossed his fingers behind his back before he continued on, "I promise..."

Harry looked apprehensive for a second before he brought his hand out from behind his back, where he had been hiding it for the past minute or so. When the object came into Ron's view, he inhaled sharply and turned to stare at Harry incrediously.

"The resurrection stone..." He murmured softly, mesmerized by the stone that lay before him.

Harry nodded solemnly as he gave Ron a few more moments to take everything in.

Ron then took the next few moments to stare at the stone that could bring back the dead. Well, actually they wouldn't even stay because once they died, they died. They didn't belong in the world of living anymore.

"How long have you had that?" Ron asked quietly.

"Well, technically I've had it since Dumbledore's will was read to us." Harry said just as quiet as Ron. "Though I just held it first a few minutes ago."

Ron heard his friend speak, but he could really no longer listen as he stared, still mesmerized, at the small stone that could change so much.

The stone was small and easiy fit into Harry's hands. Though, even from a distance Ron could tell that it was smooth and black. There was also something engraved onto the top of the stone but Ron couldn't see what it was from where he was standing.
