Haunted (Dan Howell/Phil Lester)

Chapter 4

At the moment I feel really uncomfortable. I'm shopping by myself in a really crowded mall. After getting shoved and pushed around for about 10 minutes I finally reached my favorite store for t-Shirts.

After picking out about two epic shirts I was making my way over too the cash register when I bumped into someone making me fall.

"I'm so sorry" a young boy said while reaching his hand out to help me up.

"It was my fault I should pay attention more sorry" I told him.

"I'm John" the boy told me

"Phil"

"I like the shirts you've picked out" John smiled.

"Thanks, this is my favorite place to get shirts" I told him

"Me too, I don't like certain fabrics" He said

It's weird how he talks to me like we've known each other for years.

"Dude you have cool hair" He complimented me

"Uh thanks" I replied feeling a little awkward.

"Hey are you doing anything after you check out?" John asked

"Not really, why?" I told him the truth cause I wasn't worried he would try and kidnap me.

"Do you wanna maybe get coffee with me? It's okay if you don't but-" I cut him off

"Sure, I don't see why I couldn't" I smiled at him

I saw him relax after I told him I would get coffee with him.

Maybe I found a new friend.

He took me to a place called Jade & Jenna cafe.

After getting our drinks we chatted. We have a lot in common.

He asked if we could do this again and I said we could.

After exchanging numbers I made my way too my flat.

I was getting my key out to unlock the door when I noticed it was already open.

After slowly walking in I saw Chris sitting on the couch.

"Oh my god Chris you scared me to death" I said referring to when I noticed the door was unlocked.

"Oh sorry" Chris apologized

"It doesn't really matter" I told him

"So where were you?" Chris asked

"Shopping" I answered

I decided to tell him about John.

"I made a new friend" I spoke

"Really what's their name?" Chris asked eagerly

"John"

"Okay when can I meet him?" Chris asked

"Jeez calm yourself." I joked

He wasn't impressed with my response.

"Maybe Saturday" I told him

"I'm happy you made a new friend phil I've been really worried about you since Dan passed away" Chris told me softly

I didn't answer back

I really miss dan he was my partner in crime.
