"She refused to eat the food, Bevin. What do you want me to do?" Bevin's lieutenant asked.
Bevin leaned back in his chair. "Can't we just force her to eat it?"
"You know better Bevin. Fae food can only hold willing humans in its thralls." His lieutenant, Angus replied.
Bevin was silent. "I don't know what to do."
"Well, at least, we can be sure that she's just as stubborn as Adrianne." Angus paused. "Are you sure you want to enthrall her? She would become putty in your hands, you know, willing to do whatever you want her to do. I know you liked Adrianne because of her backbone, how will you cope with an Adrianne willing to do your every whim?"
"That's simple. I'll just use her till I tire of her and then my love for Adrianne would have faded to nothing and I'll be free of this obsession with her." Bevin answered with a smirk before ordering, "Keep trying to entice her with food aromas. Before tomorrow, I would have thought of something else to do. You're dismissed."

When Doyle teleported into the throne room after exactly 24 hours, Drew couldn't help but snort at his obvious arrogance and the fact that he couldn't seem to stop showing off. Of course, as usual, Doyle paid him no mind and gave a small bow to his mother who was seated on the throne.
"Your highness," He said in greeting.
Drew tried to ignore the fond smile on his mother's face for Doyle even as she nodded in acknowledgement to him and stood up from her throne.
"Steven secure the coven...no one goes out and no one comes in and remember what I told you earlier." She turned to face Doyle again. "Welcome Doyle, let's get down to business, shall we?"
"Your highness," Doyle bowed again. "Please lead me to the traitor."
Queen Meredith nodded looking more like a queen at that moment than like his mother as she led them to the cell where Nicole had been locked up.
At the sight of her seated on the floor with her head bowed in a remorseful posture, one would have thought she was truly remorseful and pity her but Drew wasn't like that. As far as he was concerned, she deserved to be stabbed in the heart with an oak wood or beheaded and burnt to ashes. After all, she had dared to harm someone he cared about. As if she could hear his thoughts, Nicole raised her face up to face them and the stubborn set of her chin and the defiant look in her eyes belied her former remorseful air.
As soon as the door was opened, Doyle immediately walked into the cell and gripped Nicole's head in his hands with his thumbs pressed to the middle of her forehead. Nicole's pupils immediately disappeared behind her eyelids leaving only the whites of her eyes even as she gasped. Five minutes later when Doyle removed his hand from her forehead, Nicole slumped unto the floor.
"She is being kept in a secure facility and like I suspected, Bevin was the one who took her, he was always way too obsessed with Adrianne. We have to go immediately because there is another traitor in your coven." Doyle turned to him after speaking directly to his mother, "Do you have a little task force we can take with us because we need a little distraction to keep his security details busy and distracted."
Ignoring the fact that something about Doyle really got on his nerves and he really disliked the man's arrogance, Drew nodded immediately. He sent a quick mind link to his most trusted warriors in the coven whom he had already previously selected in case he would need them.
When they arrived in the cell, Doyle took a look at them, nodded and said, "I'll be right back for you, I need to create a distraction."
With those few words, Doyle teleported from the cells with his usual flare as well as with the group of men Drew had brought with him.
Within a few minutes he was back and without a word, he nodded at Meredith, "I'll bring your son and Adrianne's daughter home safe."
It was at that instance that Drew realized that Doyle might not be so much a robot as he'd thought as Doyle's usual stoic face crinkled slightly as a smirk meant only for his mother and bright light surrounded them both.
They teleported into a room to meet another fae just like Doyle with the arrogant air that Drew could now recognize as fae charisma standing with a knife to Ciara's neck.
"Bevin, don't do anything you'll regret." Doyle warned even as Ciara's light blue eyes, still unseeing, opened.
"Nobodymove an inch or I slit her throat." Bevin said and as if to assure them that hewas capable and willing to do it, he nicked Ciara's neck.
Sorry for the short chapter guys, i'll try to update Asap. Thanks.
