Chapter Two:
Begin~

Mark's eyes

Mark hesitated for a moment and studied the obvious forced smile on the female's lips.
It had hints of friendliness.
Yet I sent a spark of fear through Mark.

Like staring at a mutilated corpse on the side of the road.

"Um... What's your name?" Mark read of one of the question recommend in the manual.
"Google prototype number Forty thousand five hundred eighty nine.
Or (Y/N)."

"Okay, let's go with
(Y/N)..." Mark mumbled and looked back to the manual.

"Name?" (Y/N) asked, making Mark jump and look at her. It took him a minute before he processed her question.

"Oh, um... Mark Fischbach?" Mark tapped his two fingers together nervously as the bot processed the information.

"Information saved." She whispered in a monotone voice and return her glassy gaze to Mark.

"Um, so your purpose is health care and simple house work?" She nodded.

Mark wanted to slap himself, trying to make small talk with a robot?!
Had he really gone insane?
"What would simple house work be?"

"Cleaning when necessary, keeping lists and timers, simple reminders."
So, if your lazy, get this bot?

Sounds like a cruel joke.

"Oh, well. That's nice I guess..." She nodded, visible wires could be seen through the gap where her chin and neck met.

Some pulled and tightened whilst others slacked and loosened as she turned her head.

"Goog- (Y/N), um... Do you need anything special, like rags, or parts?" Mark nervously asked, tapping his two index fingers together.

Mark thought himself crazy as he attempted to start a conversion with her again.

"It should say in the book." She mumbled and pointed to manual on Mark's lap.

Oh. . .
Mark's cheeks heated up with embarrassment as he looked down to the small book,
AI 40589
Manual

A small picture of (Y/N) was faded slightly as a small smile played on her lips,
as her eyes shone a comforting blue green.

"There's a lot of depending on the manual, huh?" Mark whispered, mostly to himself.
"I would have to say so." She replied, her eyes tinted that calming and inviting blue green.

Mark strolled to the kitchen, (Y/N) following behind him.
"Would you like me to make you something?" She asked, as Mark rubbed the sleep from his eyes.
