I woke to the sounds of Hermione shouting in my ear.

"Rhea! Breakfast starts in five minutes! Get your arse out of bed!" She said, starting to beat me with a pillow. I stuck my hand out as protection and said. "Ow Hermione! What the hell!"

"Get out of bed and get dressed! We are going to be late for breakfast." Hermione said.

"Oh no, we're going to be late for breakfast. This is the worst thing that could possibly happen to us." I said sarcastically.

"Rhea, it'll start with breakfast. Then you'll be late for class, then you'll start skipping class and fail your final exams!"

I shook my head and slowly got up. "You're over thinking it. I bet the boys aren't even up yet." I said, getting into my trunk. I grabbed my robes and threw them on. I followed Hermione down into the common room. Harry and Ron walked down the stairs the same time we did.

"See, they're running late too." I said to Hermione. Harry smiled at me and I grinned. We walked out of the tower and to the Great Hall. We sat down at the Gryffindor table, Hermione and Ron sat next to each other across from Harry and I.

"So, I wonder what torture Snape has set up for us today." I said. I never liked potions, not just because of Snape, I just don't like potions.

"I bet you all a galleon that we'll have to brew some potion and have to write a two scroll essay on the ingredients that's due the next day." Ron said.

"How can you be that specific on a bet?" Hermione asked.

"I pay attention to the homework given." Ron said, crossing his arms.

"Says the one who's up until two o'clock in the morning to work on his essay." I said.

"Do you take my bet or not." Ron said. I nodded, then said. "You're on." I shook his hand from across the table.

"Anyone else?" Ron asked. Hermione shook her head. "I don't bet."

"Harry?"

"Sure, why not." Harry said, shaking Ron's hand from across the table.

"You two are so stupid." Hermione said. I smiled and laughed.

"So, when do we have Ancient Runes?" I asked Hermione.

"Quarter after noon." Hermione said.

"How can you remember all that?" Ron asked.

"I just do." Hermione said. "Now, if you don't mind, I'll be going to potions." Hermione stood up and grabbed her bag.

"We have a half hour before we even need to think about leaving. Why are you going so soon?" I said.

"Oh she always leaves this early." Harry said. "It's normal."

"I'll see you in potions." Hermione said, walking off.

I looked around and saw some others getting up. I started to think about when we should leave. I thought of this morning and thought, I'll be fine if I leave in fifteen minutes.

I ate a little more from my plate and looked around. More and more people were getting up to go to their first class of the day.

"I'm heading to potions." I said, standing up. I grabbed my bag and said. "Are you boys coming?"

Harry and Ron nodded, then grabbed their bags. We all walked out of the Great Hall. As we walked, I heard someone come up behind us. I turned my head to look back and saw Malfoy and his gang behind us. I turned and kept walking, not wanting to argue before class.
