"Please leave me, chhoro mujhe, what have I done? Leave me!" she begged, but he didn't let go of her hand; instead, he tightened his grip.

"Who are you? What do you want? Please, leave me, I need to go—he is waiting for me!" she pleaded, but this only caused him to lose control. He pushed her into a nearby wall, trapping her.

"You belong to me. Only me. Do you understand?" he said through gritted teeth. He didn't know why, but he couldn't bear the thought of her thinking about another man. Although he didn't care for her, he was just fulfilling a promise he hadn't even made.

"Now be a good girl and get ready. You wouldn't want to keep the imam waiting. And if you don't come out in the next fifteen minutes, don't blame me for the consequences. Am I clear?" he said, to which she nodded in silence. With that, he left, leaving Noor-e-Haya crying alone.

This is the story of Noor-e-Haya, who must marry a man she doesn't love. To her, he is a ruthless murderer, one who wants to marry her only to hurt or kill her mercilessly.

But is that really the truth? Keep reading to find out.
