Okay I need to calm the fuck down.
Yes, I've been waiting for what feels like twenty years to adopt Piper.
But holy shit it's happening.
And yea okay we've met a few times so I can make sure I want to adopt her, but she's still... so uneasy? I don't necessarily understand why. I mean, I know that her dad was somewhat mean... but she knows I'm not mean. Right? God I hope so.
But at the moment I'm driving to the adoption center. I just... I'm so nervous. And I don't understand why, cause we've met before but this... This is like... She's going to be my daughter.
I'm still trying to wrap my head around it.
Am I going to be a good father? Yes, of course I am.
...of course I am.
