That cake....I want it. Now. Please. Give it to me. I mean, just look at the rich chocolate icing on top of it. Simply beautiful.

Btw, I like that song too. It's catchy. Not suitable for this chap exactly, but it's cool.

Asher got a concussion.

I got a broken nose.

Cass got a big surprise.

And of course, Elliot got a super pissed Jessica Walkers.

So yay, we all got something. We all are happy with our findings. Well, most of them are.

Even after the pain I had to go through with my broken nose, I still smiled at the memory. I felt happy that I saved Ash some damage. That I helped him get less hurt.

That's good enough for me.

But after all that, I can't forget what Elliot had said to me earlier.

The three magical words after taking out 'really'.

I didn't know what to say to that. I didn't even know what to think about that. I mean, yes, I felt flattered that somebody has a deep romantic attachment to me, but the thing is, I'm not sure I return those feelings.

Elliot's still Elliot. The one I had a crush in high school, he's still that same guy, just a bit more mature. Me, I'm not the same girl anymore so, things have changed a lot since then.

Now that I can't make a decision on my own, it's time for me to call upon the fairy godmother, popularly known as Hana.

In case you're thinking, no, I'm not using Hana just for my relationship advices. She's my friend, not a really close one though. We're both generally too caught up in our lives that we don't even meet once in a week, other than work.

Quickly, I messaged her.

Hana, sorry to interrupt you, but could we meet up somewhere?

I don't know why did I put the 'sorry to interrupt you' part. That's just not required.

Her reply came as quick as the speed of light. Not literally, that's just a metaphor.

Lemme guess, boy problems?

She's always been good at all this stuff. This is the proof for it.

I answered back quickly, while thinking about today's lunch.

It was a chicken sandwich. And I love sandwiches.

You're a mind reader, you know?

Hana replied soon after.

I know.

I rolled my eyes unconsciously.

Meet me at my house. 6 PM sharp.

Hopefully this meeting doesn't go as bad as the last one.

I lightly traced my fingers along the cast placed over my poor nose. It hurt now also, but not too much. Also, I looked weird. But fortunately, I didn't require a surgery for it.
