Running in the moonlight, as fast as she could. Astelle heard the footsteps of others chasing her getting closer and closer. She slid behind a tree. The people from town Willberry, ran right by her screaming "Give it back." "That's ours." Once Astelle could not see they flicker of their torches, she let out a sigh of relief. Afterward of catching her breath, she looked down at what was in her hands, and asked herself "I would rather die than give this back?"

Astelle was too tired to walk home in the land of King Barnard. So Astelle gathered some sticks and made a little tepee. She found some fresh Leaves and made a Bed. After laying in her bed for a while she pulled the gem she stole, out of the satchel and held it in the moonlight. It glittered in the moonlight. As if there were a thousand crystals on it. She put it back in her bag and fell asleep.

Crunch! Crunch! The steps woke up Astelle. She saw the shadow of a short boy with a torch. She grabbed her satchel with the gem. Then she grabbed her mini sword. It had her name graved on it it was the last gift her parents gave her before they die in the war. She snuck out of her tepee and when behind the boy and put the sword to his neck.

She took him torch "Who are you? Who sent you?" asked Astelle Still Holding the sword to his neck.

"I'm..." the boy struggled to speak, "The names Will." Astelle checked for any weapons. He had the same mini sword, but it had his name carved in it. She found nothing else, so she let him free.

"So, Will, what brings you into the woods?" asked Astella waving her sword around.

"I'm looking for the girl who took the gem from Willberry, so I could give it to King Banard."

"What is King Banard going to give you for the gem?"

"Freedom. Not just for me, but my whole family."

 "Ooh Really"
