Chapter 2

I walked into my room and started doing my homework. The algebra for math was easy, the Spanish homework was easy. The only thing that caught my eye for difficulty was World geography. I opened up to the chapter and started reading it over, when I finished I heard the door slam shut. I gasped, my dad was home from the bar. I put my homework away and rushed downstairs to cook him food.

"Hello Tyler, I see your cooking for me. That's the only thing your useful for." Those words stung in my heart but I resisted the urge to cry. When I finished cooking my mind was set on one thing. Adam. There was something about him that made me.... Happy. When my dad finished eating he started beating me again this time it was painful, it was diffrent than last time. I screamed in pain as he smashed a bottle on my head. The last thing I saw was Adam. Then I blacked out

~about 5 days later~

I woke up in a bright room. I head a horrible headache so I softly groaned, I looked to my left and saw Adam, crying on the chair next to me. I reached my arm out and placed it on his shoulder. His head perked up in surprisement, "Ty your ok!" I smiled at his sudden joy, I sat up and gave him a small friendly hug. The nurse walked in with a smile as broad as day, "Tyler lox, good news you are able to leave the hospital" I shyly smiled at her.

~back at home~
I walked into my silent house...I'm guessing my dad went to jail from abusing me. I closed the door and started to clean the place up. It took about 15 minutes until I rested on my couch, I glanced at the clock. 4:10pm. I groaned of boredom, I walked into my room and grabbed my hidden laptop. I opened it up and went onto Youtube. I signed in as 'DeadloxMC' and checked at my subscriber level, it was at 1,000,000 subscribers. I jumped for joy and grabbed my tripod. I turned it on with a broad smile on my face

"Hey guys what's up it's me deadlox and I am here for an astounding mark of 1,000,000 subscribers! Thankyou so much I don't know what I would've done without you guys. It really brightens my day to see you guys smile and laugh at my commentaries" I kept babbling on about how thankful I am."anyways guys I'll see you later" I turned my camera off and started editing the video. It wasn't till 5 minutes later I heard a knock at my door. I walked over to the door and saw a really happy Adam.

"Hey Ty how you doing?!" Damn I loved his voice.

"I'm good I just finished cleaning the house so now it's alcohol free" he flailed his arms around then hugged me. 'Does he like me?' I thought to myself before he left.
