When we got to the city Huskey finally let be take the bandages off. There wasn't really a scar but if there was I wouldn't really care. Echo was a wolf. I don't know if the guys new it but I can sense it. She's different though. She's not a hybrid or a wolf with a human illusion spell.
"I have to go." Echo said. "I'll see you guys later." And she started walking off.
"I'll catch up with you guys." I told Sky. I ran up with her. "Can we talk a moment. Wolf to wolf?"
"I-I don't know what you're talking about." She stuttered.
"You can't fool me." I said. "Besides I'm a wolf hybrid. I wouldn't go spreading the word."
"I'm just afraid that people will hear and spread rumors." She said.
"I'm not exactly the kind of person to judge. Besides I can't say anything bad about my own kind." I said. "Now I know that you're a wolf. I can sense it but I don't sense you as a wolf hybrid or a wolf with a illusion spell to make you look human. My question is simple. What kind of wolf creature are you?"
She looked around to see if anyone was listening in. "I'm kind of like a werewolf. I was born a wolf but can shift to a human form." She explained.
"Okay." I said. "That's all I wanted to know."
"I'm on my way to meet a friend. You want to tag along?" She asked.
This girl was awesome. "Sure."
I knew that we were gonna be staying her for a while. I looked around and found a hotel. I ran back and told the guys. We all went back and booked a room. The room was connected to two others. Two rooms had double bunks and the other room had a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom.
"I call top bunk." Ty said teleporting to a top bunk.
I flew to the other top bunk. I took off my helmet and set it beside me. Everyone stared at me. "What?" I asked.
"Sorry, it's just the first time we've seen you without your helmet." Mitch said while sitting down on the bunk under me.
"Does it honestly matter?" I asked floating back down. I walked into the living room to Jerome watching tv.
"So what do you guys want to do?" Ty asked.
"I know what I'm doing." I said. I sat down and flipped up my hologram screen. It had the schematics to my ship. Everything was running fine.
"Nobody wants to look at your boring blueprints." Ty said sitting dow beside me.
"Nobody wants to be the ender prince." I replied.
"At least I'm royalty." Ty muttered.
"Technically I am too." Seto said.
"Since you boys know where Ssundee is all you have to do is find Crystal somewhere in this city and you're good to go." Cyber said. "I'm gonna head back home. Have Sky call me if you need anything." She then dissipated into coding.
Me and Echo went to a cafe. It wasn't very busy thankfully. She said she was meeting with a friend and that they were gonna cause some trouble tonight. Some person in a cloak walked in. It looked like the cloak from the picture of Crystal that Cyber showed us. They turned and sat down across from us. It flipped off it's hood. "Hey Echo." She smiled.
"Crystal I want you to meet SB. SB this is my friend Crystal." Echo introduced us. "SB is a wolf hybrid and I asked her if she wanted to tag along."
"Before you can tag, how do you feel about running around in the woods at night?" Crystal asked.
"I do that all the time." I replied.
"Come on." Echo said.
We walked out to the woods edge. It was about dark and I probably should tell the boys where I'm at. Na. They're fine. "So why are we out here?" I asked.
"I have a friend that has a small cabin out here and I want to play a prank on him." Crystal smirked. "I'm not waiting up on you two either." She raced off. Me and Echo sifted and ran after her. We managed to catch up to her and I was able to see she had purpleish wings under her cloak. There was no doubt about it, she was the one we were looking for. A potal appeared in front of us and we jumped through.
We finally reached the place. Crystal made a motion for us to be quiet and explained the plan in the dirt. What was gonna happen is she was gonna sneak into his house and we will try and scare him. We nodded. Crystal then turned invisible and snuck in.
I went up to the glass to see who we were scaring. It was Ssundee. I could see him in there talking to himself. I smirked and tapped on the glass before I slipped away. He walked over and looked at the glass but turned away and went back to what he was doing.
I smiled and snuck around to the back. His window was open. I slipped my paw in and turned on his water. He turned around and shut it off. He then turned toward the door to his basement. He had something in his hand. It was a shurikin. I looked over at Echo and warned her about it. She nodded and snuck back around.
I shifted into human form and went to the front door. I took a breath and knocked. Ssundee opened the door but hid the shirikin behind his back. "Can I help you?" He asked.
"Hey. Is Derp home?" I asked.
"You must be one of the people he was mentioning. I'm Ian but just call me Ssundee." He said stepping aside.
"I'm SB." I replied while walking in. "So even though Sky isn't here what do you say? Wanna come on an adventure with us?"
"You mean as a friend or mercenary?" He asked.
He turned around and got jumpscared by Crystal. He screamed and almost threw the shirikin at her. "Don't scare me like that!" He said. "You almost gave me a heart attack."
"Before you scream what did you mean as a mercenary or friend?" I asked.
"You see assassins can't really trust anyone." He explained. "We are trained that way. People can hire us a mercenaries or we can go with 'friends'. I'll ask again, mercenary or friend?"
