EXTRAORDINARY

jj.

Jeongguk and Taehyung skipped the rest of their classes and filled their time with kisses under the bright rays of sunshine on the roof.

After school ended, Taehyung agreed to wait with Jeongguk for Jimin, so they could go home together.

Just like every other day.

But Jimin didn't show up.

Not after five minutes.

Ten.

Fifteen.

Or twenty.

Jeongguk called him, but the older boy didn't pick up.

He started to worry. What if something bad happened to him? Was he at school at all today?

"Baby, don't worry, I'm absolutely sure he is okay. Maybe he got sick and is now resting at home. Or he is somewhere with friends and forgot to text or call you. His phone may have died. Everything is alright." Taehyung made his best to calm the boy down.

And it kinda worked. Or at least Jeongguk tried to think so.

Taehyung looked at him for a while.

"Wanna come over to my house? I've never invited someone over actually," he smiled.

Jeongguk furrowed his eyebrows with surprise. He didn't expect that.

"Sure."

Taehyung lived in a small brick building on three floors. There was a garden, but not a single flower in it - only dead leaves and soil.

Taehyung's bedroom was where he led Jeongguk first to - it was cozy and there was a small round window with red curtains. His bed was little and his desk very messy. Actually, almost everywhere was messy. The only place where everything was in absolute order, was his bookcase, which was taking one of the whole walls.

Jeongguk stared at all the books with wide open mouth, not even realizing it.

Taehyung chuckled and sat on his bed.

"Like my collection?"

"There are so many books! Have you read all of them?" Jeongguk asked and turned around to look at the other boy.

Taehyung nodded, saying that some of them he even has read twice.

Then, all at once, he stopped talking and just ran his eyes over Jeongguk. His lips curled up in a playful smile.

"Baby, you give me very extraordinary thoughts." he blurted out.

Jeongguk slowly blushed. What was exactly Taehyung talking about? Some doubts on the other boy's intentions of bringing him here started floating in his head.

"What do you mean?"

"I don't know. You make me see ships made of clouds in the sky, little suns on the ground, where you step and constellations in the water, spelling your name," Taehyung said with a seemingly casual tone and looked out of the window.

Jeongguk had to hold his breath for a second at how beautiful, strange and confusing the chocolate haired boy's words were.

He didn't even feel how his cheeks became bright red or how he unsurely made a few steps towards Taehyung.

All he saw was stars, big waves and grass.

All he could hear was unreal music and a soft voice.

All he could feel was butterflies.

And soon a pair of thirsty lips on his.
