The boys and Jada were trying to help me find my birth certificate since it was kind of public records. We called a few hospitals but one finally could help us. It was a hospital in Wolverhampton but I was American so there was no way I could have been born in Wolverhampton. They said they would email us a picture of it and as we were waiting anxiously I felt a sharp pain in my side. "Love, what's wrong?" Louis asked
"The pain my side is back."
Louis and Niall helped me over to the couch and laid me down on it. The pain just kept getting worse and worse. After about 30 minutes they decided to take me to the hospital. I was crying as Louis and Liam carried me to the Liam's car and put me in the back seat. Louis sat in the backseat with me, my head was in his lap, and Liam was driving the car. About halfway there the pain got way worse and I started to sceam.
Bailey continued to scream and I assumed the pain was getting worse. I had never seen her in this much pain and I tried to calm her down but nothing was helping. After about 10 minutes of screaming she stopped scream and just started sobbing. I hated seeing her in pain and I knew i couldn't do anything about it but I wanted to help her so bad. "Liam can you please drive faster." I said
"I'm going as fast as I can."
The others were all in Harry's car, following us. It took about 5 more minutes to get there and once we were there we rushed her inside as fast as we could. They took her into a room and they only let me come in with her. The nurses quickly ran some tests on her before the doctor came in. They took an ultrasound since she was pregnant but there was no way anything would be happening.
The pain had calmed down a little bit but it still hurt as the doctor did an ultrasound. "It looks like you're in labor." the doctor said
"There's no way, I'm only 6 months in."
"I know but it looks like you're going to have to deliver. "
"Lou go tell them what's happening." I said
He nodded and quickly left the room. I was worried that he wouldn't come back in but after a few minutes he did.
16 hours later...
I was finally done and out of labor and by now it was June 5th at 3 am in the morning. Louis had gone out to tell everyone what was happening but hurried back in to wait with me. "The first one was a little baby boy, he's very small." the nurse said
She hand me our son and I looked down at him and smiled. Louis was standing next to me and smiling at him too. "How about we name him Jackson Dean Tomlinson." Louis whispered
"I love it." I whispered back
After a few minutes with Jackson they brought the other baby over. "A very small but perfectly healthy baby girl." She said handing her to me
"I think Elizabeth Marie Tomlinson." I said
"It's a beautiful name for a beautiful baby girl." Louis replied
Louis was holding Jackson as I held Elizabeth and after a little while they let everyone else come in. Harry was the first to hold Jackson as Liam held Elizabeth. They took turns holding them both and saying how cute they were. I had never seen Zayn like this, his eyes were soft as he held little Elizabeth. Both Jackson and Elizabeth were healthy but very small. After a little while I fell asleep and left them with the babies. When I woke up it was about 5 pm and the babies were asleep in the little beds next to me. I could hear Louis and Liam in the hall outside my room. "I think she deserves to know." Liam said
"She just delivered twin three months early, I don't think she needs anymore stress." Louis replied his tone was harsh
"I just found out that she's my sister and you won't even let me tell her."
"She might be you're sister but she's my fiancé."
"How does that make you responsible for what she knows and what she doesn't know."
"I care about her and I don't want to stress her out anymore."
"But Lou, I just found out that one of my best mates is marrying my sister who I didn't even know was my sister until yesterday."
Sister? Liam just called me his sister. There's no way that could be true. Why didn't Louis want me to know that? I mean wouldn't he want to know if he had a sibling that he had never met. The door opened and Louis came in, "You heard that, didn't you."
I nodded my head and he crossed the room and sat down next to me on the bed. "Why didn't you want me to know?" I ask quietly
"I thought it would stress you out more and I figured you're probably not in a very good place mentally."
"Why wouldn't I be in a good place mentally?"
"It's just that normally this would make a person kind of break down."
"Lou I'm fine, I'm happy."
"As long as you're happy, I'm happy."
We had to stay at the hospital for a week and a half to make sure that me and the babies were okay. While we were in the hospital the others had all gone and bought a bunch of stuff for the nursery and set it all up. I was really surprised that they had done that but I was also very thankful that they had. The first week was the hardest but by the 4th week everything was going smoothly. I loved having them around and I wouldn't trade them for the world because I loved my little babies the second I laid eyes on them.
