Sarah's POV...

I still wasn't able to find out who it was that named me by the name I have. I guess I'll never know either.

Anyway. Mr Kingsley was able to legally sort out my name and since I have been known as Sarah Maree West for so long, the court was easily able to allow me to keep that name even though my parents weren't married.

But still, the legalities of what my life has become has made me so angry at times that i have a healthy dose of hate for anything legal. Especially when it is my own father who seems to be determined to to legally take my rights.. and inheritance away from me.

I never knew just what was involved until now with what my mother owned as well as my fathers family.

But to be honest, I think it was that Mr Kingsley suggested that I act like a lady at all times that set me right off. Mrs Beemer nearly fell off the seat she was on when he said that.

"Like fuck I will. I've been kept out of the limelight all these years because my father was and is still ashamed of me just because I like to get around in my overalls to go fishing. Which i like to do nearly every damn day and you are now telling me that I am suppose to look like some snotty lady with her nose stuck up some pricks arse. I do not think so." I ended up yelling at him which had him silenced for a brief moment and it wasn't just Mrs Beemers laughter that broke the silence as I stood there with my hands on my hips as I stared down Mr Kingsley.

It was his wife too that was bellowing out some belly laughs. Only she did fall out of her chair and onto the floor.

Mr Kingsley looked at her with a look on his face that could only be describes as disgust. But I don't care.

I have had to put up with Mrs Beemer turning me into a lady and I certainly will not have anyone else telling me that i have to as well. I don't care how rich I turned out to be, which appears to be quite a lot by the looks of it.

In one of those earlier meetings with Mr Kingsley, I told him to write up something that gave some one permission to act financially on my behalf. I didn't care who it was as long as it wasn't me. I hate maths and I damn well told him so.

As far as I was concerned, maths or money.. it was all the same thing as far as I was concerned.

Needless to say, Mr Kingsley backed down on the reformed lady thing he wanted to throw at me. This wasn't My Fair Lady. I wasn't Eliza Doolittle and Mr Kingsley wasn't Rex Harrison.

When I threw that at him, his wife nearly pissed herself laughing again.

"So you do know something about becoming a lady. Don't you?" He snapped at me when his wife refused to stop laughing.

" No! I just like Audrey Hepburn movies. She was a lady that was often found down in the dirt at times. So if I am going to be turned into anyone else, I'll pick her." I snapped at him before stalking out of his office in a tiff.

But we sorted it all out.

I had to learn some of the family business, especially my mothers. My fathers had a board of directors to manage all that as well as what I inherited business wise from my grandpa.

But it did make sense to know something in case I could use it in the future for something I did like, gardening and landscaping for instance.

That's what Mr Kingsley suggested along with The Judge. So I looked into it. I hated it, but I looked into it. I still hated the legalities of it all though. I don't think that will ever change.
