It was a normal saturday evening which I spent at home, with my boyfriend, Stiles. We had planned an evening just as the both of us. I prepared food, and chose many many movies which we were going to watch.

"Are you ready?", I shouted over to the bathroom where he disappeared a couple of minutes ago.

"Yep give me a minute", he yelled over.

I had already taken a place on my sofa, waiting for him to finally come.
When he entered my bedroom a few minutes later, I started looking at him closely.

He took a seat beside me, he smiled at me before he sat down and started the movie. You might believe it or not, but we weren't cuddling.. shocked?

Stiles and I hadn't the usual relationship.. we had our good times and spent a lot together, but .. now that I was thinking about it.. were we happy actually ? didn't happy couples hold each other in their arms and never let go ?.. why didn't he swing his arms around me ? I spent a lot of thoughts to mine and his relationship, until I finally had the courage to make things clear between him and me.

"Stiles?", I questioned looking at him,"Can we talk?", I stopped the movie.

"What's wrong?", he asked worried.

"I - Uhm.. Do you think this is the right? You and me?"

"Why shouldn't it be?", he smiled.

"I mean .. We're - .. I - I noticed that we're actually not acting like a couple .. we're acting like good friends", now I realised what was going on between us.

"Do you want to break up?", he asked,"Now that you're saying that .. There's something I have to tell you".

oh my goodness, what was he going to say? he cheated on me ?

"There was a time, when Malia started hanging onto my lips .. she was like totally going for it and flirting with me which I totally refused ! I've never cheated on you or something .. I just .. I never knew if I liked her that way she liked me, because there were you .. my feels were all mixed up.. I may like her and don't get me wrong .. I like you too", he confessed,"but -".

"-It's okay, Stiles", I smiled back,"Do you think we can stay .. friends? good friends ?", I was really insecure in that moment.

"Sure we can! It's not that I don't want to hang out with you anymore. Our hang outs are the best, especially our movie nights!", he took me in an embrace.

"I'm glad we talked about that. I just did realise it wasn't the right thing to do, we're friends for too long".

We laughed and hung out for the rest of the night. Many many laughs and jokes accompanied us to our way into the next morning.

"See you on Monday in school!", I said bye to him.

**one month later**

After Stiles and I had handled out our relation to each other, we decided to still be friends which actually totally worked. We were able to have our usual hang out sessions and we even tried to see each other as often as possible.

Our broke up wasn't a big thing. Our friends accepted our decision and supported us in that tough time. We just knew it couldn't work with him and me being a couple, we were just too different ? .. and even though it was just a month ago, he and Malia finally found to each other. At the beginning I felt a bit uncomfortable with it, but it soon became better. I wanted him to be happy and I wanted to move on and be open for someone who my future wanted me to be with.
