❁Abnormal Pregnancy❁

You read that title right. Yes, abnormal pregnancy!

Now you must be thinking, what could be an abnormal pregnancy be?

Could it be a pregnant girl whose stomach gets smaller each month? Or could it be someone pregnant with puppies?

Nah, neither.

It is a girl who is pregnant for more than a year.

As we all know, pregnancy period is 9 months if you're giving normal birth. Sometime it might be few weeks later or early considering the fact that I was actually born one month earlier than expected.

BUT!!!

We are talking about Hindi serial here. Not a normal life.

And we are talking about a particular serial, "Kumkum Bhagya".

Here is this girl, Tannu:

Middle one is Tannu who is villain and guy on right (Nikhil) was also villain who is now no more in the episodes. So main protagonist here is guy on the right (Abhi).

There was episodes when this main girl of this serial Pragya was kidnapped in forest.

This is the girl who was kidnapped if you're wondering. Yes, this is the main protagonist of the serial.

And so, I was talking about the part where she got kidnapped. It was in valentines day of 2015. And Abhi immediately leaves home for searching her. And Tannu was planning to spend night with Abhi but as he was gone, she just spend night with someone else and yes, that is the other guy, Nikhil.

Though this is revealed later, it is sure that she was pregnant in valentines day in 2015. Now let the counting begin!

Even if she was pregnant for howsoever long, if the story only proceeded for 9 months, that would be understandable.

BUT!!!

Another year in 2016, they celebrated Holi which is a Hindu festival celebrated in March. Now already it is like 13 months pregnancy. So the story was moving on with the actual calendar.

March... April... May... June... and now it is finally July and whoosh! she is still pregnant!

Are you trying to count how much months exactly is she pregnant? Don't worry, I got it. It is 17 months! 17 months dammit!!!

Now can anyone guess what happens next? 

GIANT BABY!!!

Nah, I'm just kidding. There is a miscarriage. Yeah, freaking miscarriage!

May be director was thinking she'd give birth to twin. So 2 baby, 2*9 months, around 18 months they be in stomach. Fucking brainless!

And do you know the funniest part? She was pregnant for 7 months according to the story. Are you fucking kidding!? Whom are they trying to fool? Ugh, never mind, Hindi serials... these are normal...

I don't know how does this kind of script comes into the script writer's head. May be that person might not have attended enough days at school to have knowledge about pregnancy period.

But I had fun watching some of this episodes because I got to argue with my dad what would happen next.

My dad was like "that baby will come out of the stomach full grown and it will look like Nikhil and then Abhi will come to know Nikhil is the real father." Funny, yeah.

Oh, did I not mention what was going on?

I will definitely not tell you the whole story because it is just so crappy but I will tell you the pregnancy part.

So after Tannu comes to know about her pregnancy, she knows who is the real father, but she comes up with a plan of putting all the blames on Abhi for getting her pregnant so that she could marry him for money and fame because Abhi is the rock star who organizes concerts once in a blue moon and stays 24*7 at home! I wonder how does he get paid.

And anyway, she blames him. Abhi was once Tannu's boyfriend for sure, but when Tannu fucked with Nikhil, Abhi never even spent time with her recently.

But guess what! Abhi believes her!

I mean, can't you remember that you didn't even have sex!? And can't you figure out that you were stuck in forest while she got pregnant!?

Of course you can't if you are a character from Hindi serials.

And that's what happens.

You might think this might be the dumbest, craziest thing you would ever read in this book. But oh don't worry, there's so much on table I'm yet to present to you all. This is nothing!

How was this abnormal pregnant story? Pregnancy and story, both is definitely abnormal here. Shh! If my mom would hear that, she would definitely kill me for criticizing her one of her favorite serials! lol
