"But then Yoongi hyung walked in and caught us," Taehyung pouted as he told Shirai of his attempted prank on the older boys in the dorm with Jimin. She laughed and went on to tell him a story of her own.

She was interrupted by his phone ringing, so she patiently waited, watching as Taehyung's smile turned into a frown.

"They said I have the rest of the day off!" he exclaimed. He paused as the person on the other side of the line replied to him. He only frowned deepened and Shirai also frowned, concerned for the boy.

"Fine," he sighed. He hung up and turned to Shirai, an apologetic look on his face. "I'm sorry, Shirai. I have to go. Turns out they have some plans to run over with me even though I had this day off. Things are dying down right now though because we're done with promotions so I might find an hour occasionally... If you want, I can give you my Kakao so that we can meet up sometime?"

Shirai's eyes widened and she stared at him for a moment. Taehyung was willing to give her something so personal. It was dangerous and she wondered what made him trust her. Of course she wouldn't give it to other people, but how did he know that? How did he have so much trust in her?

"U-uh, sure! I mean, if you're okay with that? You don't have to talk to me if you don't want to, you know. Like, if this is something about how I talked to you when you were down, it's fine. I just--"

"No! I want to talk to you. I really like talking to you. You're really nice and sweet," he said shyly. Shirai smiled at the adorable person before her.

"Here, I can give you my number?" Taehyung fumbled with his phone for a bit before handing it to her, Kakao open and ready to add her. She laughed softly and typed in her number to add herself. Taehyung excitedly took his phone back and sent Shirai a message with excessive emojis. She felt her phone vibrate and giggled, pulling it out and messaging him back.

"I have to go now," he muttered sadly. Taehyung pulled her into a quick hug and ran off, hurrying back to his dorms. Shirai blinked. She wondered why she felt so comfortable around Taehyung as well. She seemed to forget that he was an idol she admired so much when talking to him. There was still the part of her mind telling her that he wasn't just any random person and that she was incredibly lucky, but she couldn't help but feel comfortable around him and she needed to constantly remind herself to make sure he felt the same. It had been a while since she was able to feel so open with someone, so she couldn't forget about Taehyung's emotions in the excitement of being his friend and talking to him. She was living any fangirl's dream and she was so happy that it was going so well. Shirai was glad that Taehyung really was a bright and amazing person to talk to. She was scared he'd be completely different from on screen and stage, but although there were differences, he was still recognizable as the Taehyung all the fangirls loved.

Her thoughts were interrupted by a new message.

"Tell me when you get home safe :D" Taehyung had typed. Shirai grinned and started walking home.

"Will do! ^^"
