Luna Valentine has always hated Halloween, even when she was a little kid and her parents would force her to go trick-or-treating with her younger cousins. But this year is different. Her cousins aren't in town and her best friends have invited her to an anti-Halloween party. She's excited for the party, but when people start dying, the party is canceled. Will Luna be another victim when she breaks curfew and goes out anyway?
