Tobias's POV
Tris's nearly ran out of here. If that Ricky guy did anything, I'll kill him. I tell Raelee I'll be back and follow her out. When I get outside Tris is hunched over, trying to regulate her breathing. She's having an anxiety attack.
I run over to her and make her sit down on one of the benches. "In, out, in, out, luv," I tell her. Did I just call her Luv? Yes. I never lost my feelings for her. The fact that she's with someone else angers me to an unsafe extent.
"Did- did you just call me Luv?" She ask. I won't lie to her. I nod. She smiles. "That's what you used to call me," she says with a smile. "I love you," she sighs. I can't help buy smile. She never lost her feelings either.
"I love you too, Luv, " I reply. She eventually gets her breaking in check. Closing her eyes she stands. "Why don't you take your coat off? It's 105 degrees out. You're out of your mind." She looks down. Please God no.
"Um, I can't," she says. Take her wrists in my hands and squeeze harder than I attended. She hisses in pain. "I started cutting a month after our brake, I had nothing to keep the thoughts away. Over the past year or so I've thought about ending it. Buy never had the guts to. The anxiety just got worse along with the depression," She tells me while now crying. I pull he to my chest. No one, especially her, shouldn't have to go through this.
"I'm here for you. I love you and that's never going to change," I tell her. She looks up at me. I'm beginning to lean down, going to kiss her. I don't love Raelee. She's a great person, but Tris is the one for me.
"Hey guys," a male voice says. Tris and I take a step away from each other. Ricky and Raelee stand there. They come over and Ricky grabs Tris's hand. Dick has a death wish.
"We should really meet up sometime. I've missed you, Prior," I say. She nods. She takes her hand out if his and hugs me. Like we always did, we hold hand as me hug. "I love you," I whisper in her ear.
"I love you too."
