Dragon Falls

Chapter 1

"Hey mom I'm home!" I heard paws running toward me, then i found my self on the ground with wet tongue licks on my cheek. My dogs Dude and Kylie were on top of my lap. (My big German Shepard dogs) I hopped up, I didn't hear anything but when i turned the corner i found my mom with her beats on blasting to some music. I do have a pretty cool mom. I saw she was making soup and home-made bread, yum. She did the wip and saw me standing in the doorway watching her, "oh hey Mac! Didn't see ya there, i was just dancing to some rap music." (Mackenzie is my real name but my nickname is Mac) "Yeah mom, i saw, since when have you liked to listen to rap?" "Oh... I've always liked rap... I thought you knew?" "Nah." "So, how was school?" "Ehh it was ok... i guess." (What every kid says after school) "mom, i'm going to go up to my room and start some homework." Okay i lied, i'm going to go see the deer at the pond a couple of miles down from our house. (Mom never lets me go anywhere unless i ask and its usually a no) The deer there are beautiful. But then they disappear over near the waterfall. I jumped out the window and grabbed my aqua blue bike. (Aqua is my favorite color) I lifted my foot up over the seat and put my new black and white Nike tennis shoes onto the petal. I started off on the side walk so i wouldn't get hurt if i fell. I usually listen to Ariana Grande music with my head phones when i ride my bike. I saw squirrels head up a tree with mouthfuls of acorns. I tasted Italian dressing from my lunch from the school's cafeterias salads. I felt the rubber bars from the handles on the bike. It was actually a nice day out, sun shining, clouds drifting away from the breeze in the wind. Finally after a couple miles i was at the pond.
